If there should be a rating lower than one star. They do not deserve the one star. There are wonderful sales associates, however, when you get to the management division, they are liars, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking ethics. Stay away from this dealership! Even if means you have to travel 50-60 miles in any other directions, please do. The management team is massively rude and lacks even a small sign of empathy. Their style when dealing with the elderly is something that the Attorney General of New York should look into. Shame on the leadership of this car dealership and shame on anyone that knowing works at this dealership and knows how they treat the elderly. I am just grateful that I caught on to the deal before it was signed by my elderly mother. Avoid them at all cost! Again, most of the sales associates are wonderful people and work hard and are ethical, however when one gets to the finance management managers, the true colors show. My mother was going to pay cash for a brand new vehicle, and promised the required items on the car that she wished. NONE of the requirements that she wanted were on the car. She was not allowed to see the car until the paperwork was done either. "They were polishing," the car for her. Once the car arrived I went to look at it and make sure that it was she requested, and of course the two requirements that she requested were not on the car. The salesman apologized profusely for the mistake, however the finance manager did not care. He would not do anything about the lack of equipment that my mother requested and said either walk or accept the car. Needless to say, I pulled the deal and to which the finance manager said, "hey don't worry this car will be sold at an even higher price." Absolute disgusting and unethical behavior. As we have bought vehicle from Bob Johnson's in the past including LeRoy GMC so we decided to go to look at new Terrains. As there was a lot of road noise in the vehicle we drove our salesman advised that by putting $250 refundable hold they could bring a car from another dealership the next week. We did and waited. As it was the 4th of July week we called the next week and asked the status. We were told that it would be the middle or the end of the month. So we changed our minds and requested our cash deposit be returned to us. On 7/11 Kevin O'Brien called to say the car would be there in 15 days we said no thank you and on 7/19 he called to say it was there and again we said no thank you and once again asked for deposit. On July 23, I left Kevin a message asking why we hadn't received our REFUNDABLE deposit. He said it was mailed out and would send me an e-mail showing a copy of the check which he did. Upon review the check was dated for July 22, 2024. As of July 29th, we are not in receipt of our deposit. cc: BBB

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!

I took my GMC truck in for warranty service. From the second I walked though the door it was like I was wasting their time. I was treated like a 5 year old kid. No one was willing to go out with me so I could show them what the problem was. They kept the truck for 2 hours, didn't fix anything, and then called me to tell me how I must have hit something with the vehicle and that was the reason for the failure. No warranty coverage, but they would gladly fix it in their service department for a huge obscene amount of money. I said no thanks. I had not been involved in any accident with the truck, but whatever if they won't cover it under warranty - I said fine - I'll fix it myself. I went to the parts department to get the part that was broken - All I got there was a huge run around about having to buy the a whole assembly and the part that was broken was not available separately. I have worked on vehicles my whole life - I knew it was a huge line of crap. So, infuriated, I left. I went to another dealer - they too refused to cover it under warranty - but they nicely explained to me why they couldn't cover it. I was treated like an adult and they never accused me of wreaking my truck and trying to cover it up. I told them I wanted to fix it myself and they said no problem and actually helped me locate the part need. Not a whole assembly that wasn't needed. No run around. NO CRAP! Even if I have to drive an hour out of my way - I will never take my truck back to Randall's, for warranted work or otherwise, again.

He became extremely rude when I asked him why my car was not ready after 5 hours waiting. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will never give them anymore business.

I gave this rating for my dad's dealer because the customer support was great and the car was in great condition when we bought it. Also,my uncle bought a car there and the car just completely stopped,so my uncle called Regan Pontiac Buick Gmc and they fixed the car for free and that was like 5-6 years ago.
