Went into this dealer and was working with a very helpful young lady in sales. she had answers and jumping thru hoops to be helpful. Then we were interrupted by a guy who said he was the sales manager. Arrogant, know it all. Treated me like I didn't know what I was looking for and pushing for financing. I wasn't planning on financing. He didn't get it. Poor gal lost the sale because he tried to take over. Now Im looking for a Lincoln Dealer in other towns, problem is.....if I have to go to this Dealer for service, I don't know.

I am satisfied with the Truck i bought BUT i am very dissatisfied with the Dealership., When my wife and i decided to purchase the truck i was advised by Rick that all issues that i saw in the truck they would take care of before i left the lot. We decided to purchase the vehicle and before we left the dealership i checked all of the issues i had pointed to him and the only answer i received from him was we couldn't repair that. When someone advices me that they will take care of it. I expect them to resolve the issue. I have been waiting more than a month for the touch up paint for the truck. I will not purchase a vehicle or recommended this dealership to any one.
