Josh and Greg were easy to work with - MNF

I had a really great experience with the new guy Greg and the manager Josh. No pressure, comfortable atmosphere, and the process went smoothly and transparently. Got a great value on my trade. These guys work hard, and have respect and integrity. Highly recommend! At the time of my purchase Josh Gallegos is sales manager and finance manager, with only Greg in sales to help -- so if one of them can't see you right away, please be patient as this is a smaller dealership and they're not ignoring you!

Bought a new Tiguan on 3/26/25,had it for 15 days and - cbperks

Bought a new Tiguan on 3/26/25,had it for 15 days and fuel tank started leaking.it still had 1/2 tank of original gas from the dealership, I had not even put 200 miles on it. Took it back to the dealership on 4/9/25 at 8:30 am. I’m writing this review on the morning of 4/30/25. Still no news on when I will get my vehicle back. I realize things break, I’m not so angry that this happened, I’m angry that fiesta Volkswagen has not addressed it in a reasonable amount of time. Very disappointed in this purchase and this dealership. My salesman Howard has been great and has tried to help.

They seem to have forgotten about customer service. - One_searcher

They seem to have forgotten about customer service. After purchasing 4 cars in the last sever years and getting all our cars service there We traded out one of the car and canceled the extended warranty. And it took 5 months to get a refund and that was after having to called them many time and stopping by the dealership numerous times. They lost a loyal customer
