Average. Communication needs improvement. Diagnostics took a week after having to take it in for an2nd time bc they couldn’t run the diagnostics at the firs Communication needs improvement. Diagnostics took a week after having to take it in for an2nd time bc they couldn’t run the diagnostics at the first appointment.. Parts taking 6 weeks at least to come in after weeks to figure out what needed to be replaced. I was told they “might” require a deposit to order the part, totally fine. Went to pay the deposit and was told the deposit was 100% - so I had to prepay 100% of parts they weren’t sure they could get or when. Service used to be great but just isn’t any more. More

Good job and they fit me in with a failed battery. My battery lasted 7 1/2 years. I hope this new one lasts, too. I also needed an oil change and they were able to do this, as well.
