Also the service man, didn’t catch his name, explained the issues on the vehicle. Everyone that I interacted at the dealer were helpful and polite.

Once Victor was back he took care of my issue and managed to squeeze me in. even though they were booked for a month out.. Victor worked very hard to get my Compass repaired and back to me ..He knew it was my only vehicle.. Parts were delayed ..but he let me know the status each day and i was able to get ahold of him when i needed to..

I have tried to get service done here in the past. In 2003 I told the service manager (Shawn) I would not be back. I tried again 5/07/07 and got the same treatment. The - "don't need your business treatment", lack of knowledge, rude, no time to talk, seem bothered by my presence, and must be very unhappy in their job. I have no problem at the Chevy and Ford place (I have one of each). They are friendly and want to satisfy my needs. I will continue to take my Grand Cherokee and Wrangler to the Ruidoso dealership where they want my business and treat me like a valued customer.

We purchased a 2018 Power Wagon from Saul. We are from El Paso. We drive to Alamogordo for service. Saul is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond. Our last maintenance was 22Sept2021. I arrived at 9am from El Paso. I had business in Alamogordo and Cloudcroft. When I told Saul he handed me to the keys to his personal vehicle. Now if that isn’t customer service and kindness I don’t know what is. He is an absolutely asset to this dealership. I am surprised by the number of people I run into who speak so highly of Saul. I would also like to give a shout-out to Mike and Tom in service. They are honest and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to take care of your and your vehicle. Just an all around pleasant experience.

Was there for oil change. They found problem with brakes??? No test drive. Did not fix properly and had to go back again next day. Fixed problem and delivered car. Customer service excellent but not sure about service staff. Usually have no problem.

Steer clear of sisbarro superstore Deming. Had the worst customer service ever by any dealer. Gustavo, gave and Sidney not very helpful. They try to squeeze your Social security number to pull credit before they discuss numbers. Won’t deal over the phone or theunail.
