Just a bit about the service department. It was a great experience and although it was just a scheduled maintenance and a system download things went a bit sideways. The sensors were off, but although it took some time they got it fixed. The best thing was Eric in the service department. He informed me of what was going on and kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. So thanks Eric!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

I have been very happy with all work done so far by the dealership on the multiple different Fords I own or have owned. Mostly it has been regular service and recall repairs, the prices have been good especially when coupons are available. I would have given all 5 stars had it not been for the additional dealer markup that I was told would not be added when I placed the order for my 2023 Maverick. I may have not been so unhappy about it if it were only a small amount but it was substantial and unexpected.

Ok, so I called to get the recall completed on my Bronco Sport, and only had 2K left on 36K warranty. Spoke with Doug and he put me on waiting list for a loaner car. I live 3 hours away. Two weeks later he called and told me to come and get my loaner and they would take care of my car. A brand new, 200 miles on it, Ford Ranger 4X4 and told me to keep it as needed. Dough handed me off to Roger and the two of them were just GREAT. They made me feel like family and the service was completed within a week so no complaints here at all. I wish I had found these guys earlier. The CASA Group has been known in New Mexico and West Texas since Wally Lowenfeld came to town. This is not an exception for their dealerships.
