This buying experience was hassle free. The quality of the customer service from Woody and Nadija was extraordinary. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and relatives.

I took my kia to hillside automall dealership and was quickly greeted, the service department was very friendly and knowledgable. the kia technician was very skilled and knew exactly what my kia was doing. I waited a little bit but it was fixed within two hours, that was much better than fette kia in clifton who told me it was about a week for my appointment. I am now a regular customer and plan to purchase a new car from hillside automall in the near future.

This location is beating customers over the head with repair prices. I've contacted several dealers in the area to fill the transmission fluid on my Suzuki Verona which can not be manually done by myself. The way the car is made the transmission fluid had to be put into the vehicle with an automatic pump. This dealer quoted me at $229. Just to look at the car. Several other dealers in the area are charging from $115 - $130 for the same service. Being that this is the Suzuki dealer I figured I would call them first since I took my car through inspection station and I have several recalls on this vehicle that need to be replaced by the dealer. I then asked about the recalls being done..which by law the recalls are suppose to be replaced by the dealer free of charge because its a safety issue. I was then told that they do not do recalls. Now my question as a customer would like this looked into because this is Larson Suzuki located on Ocean Avenue in Lakewood, NJ. How can they not honor replacing recalls on their vehicles???? Something is seriously wrong here.
