I was scheduled to drop my vehicle on Sunday night. I could not get the key box to work properly. I called the next day (Monday) I was told ok to come in. When I arrived, David checked in my Tahoe. I related to Josh the problem I had with the key box. Josh said they would drop off vehicle to my home. I accepted that service. Took the courtesy service home. They delivered vehicle when work was done.

Buying multiple car from pine belt Chevy and Hoss has sold us every single one. My first car was a great car but aside from Hoss’s work the service department lacks increadably. I bought my car from Pine belt back in June 23. When I was washing it I noticed there was a patch dangerously close to the side wall. I went to pine belt service and they wanted me to pay $$375 more for a car I haven’t even had a full week. After back and forth with the service rep, I decided to go across the street and speak with Hoss. After about 5 minutes of waiting on a verdict Hoss came back with the news of my tire will be covered. After going back over to service the service rep had a nasty attitude towards me when he found out it would be covered.

Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself.

As usual, all of the associates I dealt with (in particular, Hailey and Pat) were friendly yet professional and I love the convenient location of this dealership.
