Needed an appointment as my Rear Seat was not returning to normal position (and 1 grandchild has to sit there). It is Jan. 3rd today...They said EARLIEST APPT IS JULY!!! $65000 car and this is SERVICE??!! REALLY??!!

My car is worse now, after the service, than before I dropped it off. And so is my wallet. Brought my car in for an oil change on Thursday. They let me know that I needed additional repairs (although the car didn’t have any alerts about it) and explained the pricing to me as $50 for this $50 for that. When I went to pick up my car I thought it would be around $300. Nope. It was $700 and not only that, I have to return next week for additional repairs they insisted I needed that are an additional $700. I came in for an $100 oil change and am leaving with a $1400 bill? That was Thursday. FRIDAY MY CAR DOES NOT START. This has literally NEVER happened before. Now the dashboard screen has not one but 4 alerts of issues the car is having. I feel they are looking to make money off you—they make it sound cheaper than it is (so you agree) until you are charged at the end and I have no clue what they did to my car. they don’t seem to give a crap about the actual servicing and/or doing what is right for the customer and car.

These people are dishonest and misrepresent the cars they sell. They claim all their cars have "highway miles," when in reality, they have no idea because all the cars the aquire come straight from the auction. Their service department is unskilled, and the quality of the bodywork is also bottom of the barrel. George himself is a very miserable person, and most of the people that work for him in the office know very little about cars. I would NEVER do business with these thieves again.

I rated Grecco 5 stars in all catagories for the service they have been providing me and my family for several years now. The quality of their work and prices are unbeatable. No need to even go anywhere else, this place is the best. They even gave us a ride home-just because we needed to order a replacement tire that they didnt have in stock!

I had a great experience buying my truck from greenbrook GMC They work with me every step of the way Brandon my salesman was great. I went for first service, and that too was great. I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and because of Jason I would definitely go back there for service

I started with Greenbrook because of the size of their inventory... although a bit painful, I did end up with the vehicle that I wanted for the price that I wanted. When it came to servicing, however, it was a different story. I would rather be greated by staff that work at a fast food restaurant than the individuals that take your keys and ask you why you are there. The hour and fifteen minute wait time for an oil change is ridiculous when you have a "first" appointment at 7:30 in the morning. The same staff are defensive if you have any questions / comments about the service or would like or them to look at anything that is under warranty. I have also tried reaching out to their Service Management, but have not succeeded there.
