My car is worse now, after the service, than before I dropped it off. And so is my wallet.
Brought my car in for an oil change on Thursday. They let me know that I needed additional repairs (although the car didn’t have any alerts about it) and explained the pricing to me as $50 for this $50 for that. When I went to pick up my car I thought it would be around $300. Nope. It was $700 and not only that, I have to return next week for additional repairs they insisted I needed that are an additional $700. I came in for an $100 oil change and am leaving with a $1400 bill?
That was Thursday. FRIDAY MY CAR DOES NOT START. This has literally NEVER happened before. Now the dashboard screen has not one but 4 alerts of issues the car is having.
I feel they are looking to make money off you—they make it sound cheaper than it is (so you agree) until you are charged at the end and I have no clue what they did to my car. they don’t seem to give a crap about the actual servicing and/or doing what is right for the customer and car.
