I got a used 2016 Nissan Altima SL with about 46,000 miles on June 14, 2024. Ron was my salesperson and from the moment I walked in, I never felt any pressure like other businesses do when you walk in, and all the vultures come to you all at once. I saw a car online on their website and I put in an application for credit not thinking I would be approved. I was approved and went to the dealership where I was met by Ron. The car I wanted was waiting for me and Ron showed me the car and I looked around the car and it was beautiful. There were some very small nicks and a scratch but otherwise was in great condition. I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions, maybe too many lol. Ron answered what I needed to know. Ron has many awards on his desk, and I can see why. He is professional, good natured and does a great job selling you a car. My ex-wife came in to sign off on the car I traded in because she was co-owner and Ron treated her with respect. I got the Altima on my own with no cosigner. I met with Jim Helm from finance, and he was very polite and explained everything I signed and told me about the options I can buy but for me it was too expensive, so I just bought a warranty for the engine for 3 years. It takes a while for all the paperwork to be signed and explained so be patient. This is at every dealership. I wish everything can be done on the computer. It would save a lot of trees. If you are looking for a car, either used or new, I recommend Ron at Cherry Hill Nissan. Tell him you saw my review.

This is our 4th Lease Nissan Rogue. - One of the victims of Acme Nissan

This is our 4th Lease Nissan Rogue. from the same dealership. The car has been with us since last september. It was making a very loud cracking noise. We took it to Acme Nissan to be fixed, They said it is your fault you will. It is not covered under warantee. We contacted Acme Corporate Acme Nissan hurried to tell them it is our fault. We took it to another Nissan Dealer and they said we will fix it under warantie as it is Nissan defect in the Car. The Mechanic at Acme Nissan was very rude and full of it. I can tell you he does not know anything about cars. He just want people to pay and of course to gain a point as an employee. I was thinking of buying the car but after this experience I will never set foot at Nissan again. We are not valued and the people at Acme Nissan are dishonest. We will be looking at another brand but not Nissan. We learned our lesson

I was on vacation from Canada and my Rogue transmission - Canadian traveller

I was on vacation from Canada and my Rogue transmission failed. I was directed to speak to Greg who, I guess, was the service manager. Greg pretty much told me to get lost. He said he had transmission work backed up “for months “. I asked where else I could get help. No response. After much effort, I finally managed to get from him that there were Nissan dealerships in Atlantic City and Toms River. I asked which was closer; he had no clue. Finally another person sitting nearby thought Toms River might be closer. I asked Greg is he had a telephone number for them. He gave me a number and that was it. No more info. I left at that point and dialed the number. And, just like Greg, it was not in service.

I have a 2015 Nissan Altima and having a headlight - Sbrij81

I have a 2015 Nissan Altima and having a headlight dimming due to delamination in the headlamp assembly. There is a class action settlement involving the headlamps 2013-2018 Nissan Altimas. So I have filed a claim on this website www.altimaheadlightsettlement.com within the time frame mentioned on the settlement notice. As per the settlement notice, I have to file a claim before March 26, 2022 which I did and have a confirmation. The confirmation says that I need to contact the Nissan dealer between March 27, 2022 and Sept 23, 2022. I have called Nissan (Fred Beans Flemington) several times starting from 05/27/2022 to get an appointment to replace the part. Which is also within the time frame provided in the claim confirmation. When I called, I have been informed that they do not have a part available so they cannot schedule an appointment until they have part available. When I called, Nissan placed an order for the part within the time frame mentioned above. I also have called several times to check the status of the part order and asked them what happens if the part will be not available within the time frame, are you going to cover it? And they said "yes" as they have ordered the part within the time frame, it will be covered. Now finally when I called Nissan in Jan 6th 2023, the part is available now but they say it will not covered. So I tried to contact Ryan Ofner (General Manager) and left a voice message on his phone, no reply from him yet. I also tried to contact Michael Alexandroff (Service Manager), the person I talked to said she will ask Michael to contact me and I have no reply back. I have followed all instructions provided to me. Seems they are not professional enough to reply me and they do not keep their words. Guys you better stay away from these cheaters (Fred Beans Nissan of Flemington).
