I’ve dealt with other dealerships in the past. - Trmdc888

I’ve dealt with other dealerships in the past. Causeway far exceeded my expectations, they were always very responsive with my questions and concerns. Very easy to speak with Michael V and Jennifer M.

Great people, professional, friendly and all work - Mainehope

Great people, professional, friendly and all work together and it seems they actually want to do their jobs well. Nick was a fantastic salesman. Could not have asked for a more pleasant transaction!

All American fixed an issue on my 2025 ford explorer that - kelseycockburn

All American fixed an issue on my 2025 ford explorer that no dealer could figure out. It’s had the issue since new and they fixed it first time! They also diagnosed and fixed the transmission that had also been looked at by other ford dealers. All American has earned my trust and business moving forward. Montana was amazing and their service department went above and beyond. Thank you for making me love my ford again.

Very Disappointed with the unethical behavior of this - jritte

Very Disappointed with the unethical behavior of this dealership. No wonder everyone left after it was sold. I recently returned my Ford Explorer at the end of its lease and had already completed the official Ford pre‑inspection, so I understood exactly what the excess wear charges should be. The inspector who came to my home was very clear: do not sign anything at the dealership until the vehicle is inspected there as well. When I dropped the vehicle off, I worked with Mark. He reviewed my pre‑inspection report, went outside to take photos, and then spoke with the dealership manager. He came back and told me he was surprised Ford wasn’t going to charge me for the additional damage — this was unusual, but he repeated the statement again, and asked me to sign. A week later, I received an updated report in the mail that not only included the previously documented wear and tear, but somehow turned one 9‑inch dent into three 6‑inch dents, more than doubling the repair cost. This felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch. Unfortunately, this dealership has gone downhill significantly since being sold to Ciocca. The customer‑focused culture that existed for years is gone, and the staff simply do not seem to care about the people who have supported this location for so long. After purchasing seven Fords from this dealership, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next one.

Quality workmanship, everything was done on time. - dmjanni1

Quality workmanship, everything was done on time. I recommend the service department highly they are very knowledgeable

STAY AWAY. - Motormouth

STAY AWAY.... Sales (they are fake, they are not your friend...it's all about the sale) and service department has gone downhill majorly. The service manager Johnny sits on his arse doing nothing making himself look busy. Miguel is a snarky young kid that thinks he knows it all...only one behind that desk that knows something is Eddy but he's so stressed it shows. Their mechanics don't know how to repair a vehicle correctly and oh if you go to corporate to complain....then the owner and service became HUGE SOBS Have no idea what happened to this place but....STAY AWAY...you also will be waiting to get your vehicle back for a while!!!

Great service department. - ljrusso

Great service department. Easy to make an appointment. Techs do a good job and the service advisors keep you informed.

Fantastic Service Dept, Quick lane was easy to navigate, - Noahdurgin

Fantastic Service Dept, Quick lane was easy to navigate, my advisor was Cyril Badechian & he was extremely knowledgeable, professional & had my vehicle done in a timely manner!

Worst dealer service and parts department ever! - brucecaruso

Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

Since purchasing the vehicle in 2024 service experiences - Srolwood

Since purchasing the vehicle in 2024 service experiences have been very disappointing. The service managers and service technicians have all been very nice and accommodating but the dealership experience is not good. I have numerous times had to wait lengthy (4+) hours while my car is worked on. Waiting area for Lincoln is a concrete prison cell so I use the Ford waiting room. Car wash never offered. Most disappointing: NO LOANER CARS! Lincoln is supposed to be a luxury dealership. In contrast we also have a Lexus and that dealership goes out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

Service is the best! - Dana

Service is the best! Professional, courteous and always goes above and beyond. Been a customer for 25 years!

Just got back with my newly purchased car. - 1kevinoneill

Just got back with my newly purchased car. Howard Salmon was superb. He was very down to earth from the moment we first spoke. Informative and professional, no hard sell even remotely. Easiest car I ever bought, and got a very good deal. Totally satisfied. He gave you his cell number, and he said call me at any time with any questions. He was wonderfully prepared for closing. He had prepared thoroughly for a large mass of paperwork, that accompanies buying a car, and it was so easy. A brief explanation and then, "sign here, initial here.." and then on to the next document. All questions were answered, but he made it easy.......you won't regret him as your salesman. Promise.

Amazing and reliable dealership. - Shewolf1919

Amazing and reliable dealership. Andy has always been our favorite salesman because he is honest and wants his customers to be happy with their purchase. This year we purchased our daughter's new Ford Escape, financed our return lease Ford Explorer and leased a new Ford Explorer ST. We are a very satisfied Ford family and appreciate how easy it is to do business with this dealership. Everyone there is courteous, professional and really care about their clients.

Nielsen ford service is a abject failure , Caitlin Quinn - mctiguemike1973

Nielsen ford service is a abject failure , Caitlin Quinn / Joe Fatt , total amateurs, Ben lied to multiple times by Quinn ,Ben told on 2 different appointments she says I got 2 technician, another time I got 3 technician, that's my problem as a customer??? As a customer i think not ,well Joe Fatt service manager says it is my problem , hmmmm , that's a blatant amateur service manager, I tell Fatt the manager this , Fatt the manager says the only way there's 2 employees would be on a Saturday, hmmm never Ben thete on a Saturday.... so I have warranty work done there at Nielsen Ford a arduous task for Nielsen Ford , from initial diagnosis till actual service appointments is weeks , then I had to call Quinn and of course Quinn says partys just showed up.... yeah ok sure just as I call sure.so car gets serviced taking 3 full days instead of the 2 I was told, as per the usual here, picked up truck ,next day try to leave to go to work literally gas pumping out in my garage and freshly resurfaced driveway not a drip drip , GALLONS of gas all over , I bring this to service manager Fatt , he could care less , so much to the point the guy laughed on the phone , pure incompetence, ive left correspondence with Eric Nielsen, no response, I guess incompetence and zero customer service starts directly at the top with the Nielsen dealerships , these guys got more tales than Walt Disney. Pure incompetence at Nielsen Ford. Mike Mctigue.

I was on a tight budget and couldn’t find a car I wanted. - Jennifergorini

I was on a tight budget and couldn’t find a car I wanted. Danny and Rosario helped me so much. I got approved and left with a car I love. Highly recommend Stevens Ford

Had the best experience at this dealership compared to - Kristenmcl

Had the best experience at this dealership compared to any other dealership I’ve purchased from in the past. Worked with Vince and he was very professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure or haggling, everything was so easy and straightforward. We recommend anybody go to Holman Ford and work with Vince!

I just picked up my 3rd leased vehicle from Sal A. - Ev Davila

I just picked up my 3rd leased vehicle from Sal A. at Ford of Englewood. I liked my first and second cars - both Escapes. This year I went with the Bronco Big Bend. Love it! Sal makes the lease renewal process seamless. He knows what I am looking for and takes it into consideration before proposing several options. I fully trust Sal and appreciate how easy he makes this process for me. In between lease renewals, Sal is quick to answer and questions and to provide recommendations on any decisions I make regarding my vehicles. I greatly appreciate that!

Took our F350 there and what was said was done WAS NOT. - Brattoledawn

Took our F350 there and what was said was done WAS NOT. They charged over $2000 for nothing. Do not go there.

this is absolutely the most expensive and either - danmoses

this is absolutely the most expensive and either incompetent or totally rip-off places my friend has been to. He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

The Dealership from xxxx. John - Jake1075

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.

wouldn't honor internet price - yedi186

was willing to buy a new vehicle off the lot but was told the advertised price was wrong and they couldn't sell it for that. they refused to honor the internet price even though it was their error. ill order it from flemington ford, they dont play games and there is a reason they are #1.

Great service and overall great experience - Schmidty26

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

My experience at All American Ford was a very positive... - Meeshkas
