I had a great buying experience at GWF. I flew in from Ohio to purchase a 2022 F150 that they had listed online. They went out of their way to accommodate me and even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport 40 minutes away. I arrived at the dealership to find that the truck was in great condition and was exactly as it was described online. For me, the bottom line isn't always the best deal. I have to feel good about who I'm handing my money to. I walked away from another deal simply because the sales rep came off as super shady and was not someone I wanted to do business with. That said, everyone I worked with at George Wall Ford were straight-up solid dudes and were exactly the kind of guys you wouldn't mind grabbing a beer with after work. Given the opportunity, I would definitely buy from GWF again. Shout out to Juan, Brian, Gio and Freddy. Thanks guys, I appreciate everything!

this is absolutely the most expensive and either incompetent or totally rip-off places my friend has been to. He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.

was willing to buy a new vehicle off the lot but was told the advertised price was wrong and they couldn't sell it for that. they refused to honor the internet price even though it was their error. ill order it from flemington ford, they dont play games and there is a reason they are #1.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
