The sales representative, Jerry Cronk, was so professional, very knowledgeable about the jeep compass, and awesome to deal with with thw whole process of trading my current lease. Jerry took the time to set my phone up, showed me how to use the instrument panel and was very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better treatment from Jerry, Erie, the .sales manager, and Theresa in financing. Top notch treatment!!!

Had an absolutely terrible time servicing my Alfa Romeo Giulia here. Firstly, the advisors performed work that I did not authorize. Next, they kept my car for an entire week and never provided an update, after claiming it would be done in two days. They never even picked up the phone when I would call to check in. The worst part is that I had to fork out hundreds of dollars for a rental during this whole time. Stressful and terrible situation. Avoid this service department at all costs.
