Jerry took the time to set my phone up, showed me how to use the instrument panel and was very helpful. Even though I live in East Hanover, NJ I went to Robbinsville to purchase a new Dodge RAM 1500 (limited). I was greeted at the door by Junior Rodrguez. He was friendly knowledgeable and not at all pushy or rude like the salespeople in East Hanover. The whole experience was just exceptional. I told junior what I wanted in my new truck and he came back with several options, and we settled on one that I just loved. His patience and willingness to work with was quite amazing. In the interest of keeping this review short, I purchased the truck, AND Junior delivered the new truck to my house the very next day. GREAT work Junior, you're an asset to your dealership. I was very satisfied with the way you handled my situation except for the problem of a third water pump. Not happy with the product. So I called the 1-800 # and will be filing a formal complaint. This is my 3rd jeep and I own a 91 jeep. Solid jeep that 91, not the newer jeeps. They are making them like CRAP! So I will never buy another jeep again and you should have honored the warranty on the pump since it was only a month over your warranty. So I say goodbye for ever!!!
