Freehold Buick GMC GMC dealer PLACE DETAILS Customer Service is a big factor for me and I got that and more from Mitch Zarrow. I had not planned on buying the Envista, I just wanted to see the car since seeing it in a new cars article for 2024. Mitch was so nice in answering all of my questions when I stopped in the first time. Because of Mitch's customer service I returned to test drive and bought the car! Customer Service skills are unique to find today and Mitch Zarrow is one of a kind. I have always been a VW person, having owned a 74 beetle and my 1997 Passat that I was driving until I bought the Envista. My intention was to upgrade to an Audi Q3, the Audi dealership was without Customer Service skills, their loss! I visited six dealerships, four failed on customer service, one mediocre and Freehold Buick GMC because of Mitch was OUTSTANDING!

The help and attention I got through the whole purchase process was staggering. From day one I was treated with so much respect and kindness. I started working with Frank and finished the process with Tiffany. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed. I was purchasing from out of state, and even that didn't affect their professionalism. I seriously can't say enough great things, especially about Tiffany. She always answered my questions very quickly and made sure the car was handled with the greatest care until it was picked up. If I buy another Cadillac ijln the future, I'll definitely work through Gold Coast even though they are far away.

I find their rates for basic proceedures incredibly expensive. After paying over $90 for an oil change. They felt the need to charge $50 labor to change the airfilter. Not to mention the other shop charges that should have been included in the oil change. I will never take any vehicle to them ever again.

I purchased an Audi SQ8 from this dealership on April 1st, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and dangerous. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, I noticed one of the tires was damaged — a visible chunk was missing from the sidewall, which, upon further inspection, is clearly visible in the listing photos. That alone should’ve raised red flags during any proper inspection before sale. I reached out to the dealership immediately and got no response. I then had to call multiple times for days to follow up, and each time, I either got brushed off or heard nothing back. I was passed around with no resolution or accountability. Eventually, the tire blew out completely, putting me in a dangerous emergency situation. Because this is an all-wheel drive vehicle, Audi’s own official guidelines recommend that all four tires be replaced simultaneously for safety and performance. Driving with mismatched tread on an AWD car risks damaging the drivetrain and voiding the warranty — which any qualified dealership should know. I had no choice but to replace all four tires at a major, unexpected cost of nearly $2,000. When I finally got someone to acknowledge the situation, the dealership offered to only reimburse me for one tire. Even worse, over 7 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the promised check or any kind of follow-up. Once again — silence. To make matters worse, I also experienced issues with my trade-in. The dealership waited over a month to pay off the remaining lien, which resulted in a late payment fee and a derogatory mark on my credit. When I reached out repeatedly to get clarity, I was once again ignored. What frustrated me the most, though, was how I was treated when I finally spoke with Frank Sorrentino. Instead of listening to the valid concerns I raised and acknowledging the facts supported by Audi’s manufacturer guidelines, he talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I came to the conversation prepared with information, photos, and documentation — but was met with condescension and dismissal. This is not just about money — it’s about safety, transparency, and basic respect for customers. I gave the dealership seven days to respond and make things right in writing. That deadline has passed with no accountability, no professionalism, and no resolution. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership — especially a high-performance or luxury car — I strongly urge you to have it independently inspected before signing anything. Don’t assume they’ve done their due diligence, and don’t expect much if issues arise afterward. This has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers, be warned.

Extremely disappointing experience. It has been 59 days since I purchased my vehicle, and my trade-in has still not been paid off. I later learned that my trade-in vehicle was sold to another buyer before the lien was cleared, which created serious concerns and unnecessary stress. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the dealership, the issue remains unresolved. This situation has raised questions about the dealership’s business practices and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

dropped off my car for an oil change on Saturday morning, and was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete the service, i waited about 4 hours and nobody called me about my car. I called the dealership to find out about my car only to find out that the service department was already called and nobody called me. good thing i was able to come pick my car up and pay at the sales department. Very bad service, and very disappointing! Highly doubt I will come back.

I was shopping for a new car and knew that I wanted to go EV but despite a lot of research still had a lot of questions about what it's truly like to drive an EV. I was lucky enough to have Neil March as my sales representative/product specialist, who took the time to highlight specific features and answer a lot of questions that I had from my own research. I came away from the experience confident that the Cadillac Optiq was the right fit for me (it has been a few weeks since my purchase and I really like my car). Neil, and everyone else I met at Ciocca, are terrific and I highly recommend them!
