Crown Cadillac are very dishonest Freddie is trying to steal from me and commit fraud. My Cadillac has less then 40 thousand miles transmission went plus some kind of rings. They wanted 8000 dollars to fix I said Freddie contact the company this should not happen to a car with such low mileage so he said he did and Cadillac offered me 10 percent off when I called Cadillac the next day told them I was not satisfied with the 10 percent they were giving me and she looked at my ticket she said you were offered 30 percent so I guess Freddie was going to pocket the 20 percent they lied to me about and how many other people did they do this to? Very dishonest this is fraud and theft. Do not go here if you don’t want to be stolen from

Be very careful when having work done on your vehicle at this location. They told me my 2016 Escalade would need new lifters at a cost of $5,105.80 due to the ticking noise. I took it for a second opinion and found out it was a bad spark plug wire. When I called them to discuss the findings, they told me that the lifters would go bad eventually anyways and should go through with the work. How wrong is that. I'm sure they wouldn't have ever shared with me anything about the bad spark plug wire. By the end of the discussion the service manager told me not to bring my truck back to them ever again even though it was purchased there.

I was always reluctant to buy a car out-of-state thinking that getting the car registered in PA would be a hassle. But I found a car on-line that suited my wife's requirements (Bells & whistles) and mine (price) so we ventured across the river to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River. We had the good fortune to meet an unspoiled young salesman, Eric Rudolfsky, who was just amazing. As I noted, the price was fair - as it had been reduced recently, and there were no last minute surprises, (add on costs). Eric came with us on the test drive and painstakingly explained all of the features of the XT6 to us. He helped us transfer our auto insurance and Sirius radio account, hook-up our cell phones and program the radio, and he even re-installed our E-ZPass. Most of all, in the weeks since our purchase, he has patiently taken our calls and re-explained what we needed to know and do when we couldn't find the answer in the owner's guide. New cars are beyond the reach of my retirement income, but Eric treated us like royalty and made this purchase of a "pre-owned certified" Caddy feel like we were actually stepping up in the world. Freehold Buick GMC GMC dealer PLACE DETAILS Customer Service is a big factor for me and I got that and more from Mitch Zarrow. I had not planned on buying the Envista, I just wanted to see the car since seeing it in a new cars article for 2024. Mitch was so nice in answering all of my questions when I stopped in the first time. Because of Mitch's customer service I returned to test drive and bought the car! Customer Service skills are unique to find today and Mitch Zarrow is one of a kind. I have always been a VW person, having owned a 74 beetle and my 1997 Passat that I was driving until I bought the Envista. My intention was to upgrade to an Audi Q3, the Audi dealership was without Customer Service skills, their loss! I visited six dealerships, four failed on customer service, one mediocre and Freehold Buick GMC because of Mitch was OUTSTANDING!

dropped off my car for an oil change on Saturday morning, and was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete the service, i waited about 4 hours and nobody called me about my car. I called the dealership to find out about my car only to find out that the service department was already called and nobody called me. good thing i was able to come pick my car up and pay at the sales department. Very bad service, and very disappointing! Highly doubt I will come back.
