Great experience in Service! My wife and I brought our older minivan in to get the vehicle checked out as we had some major done recently from a local chain. Staff was courteous and professional. They diagnosed exactly what I thought was the issue and recommended some other items and brought to my attention a larger issue that will need tending. One great thing is they make a video of what they're seeing and report it back to you via a link. That to me is major and speaks volumes on their integrity and honesty. Prices were high, but it's a dealer so you'll have to make a judgement call on where to have certain items completed.

On our way from Rhode Island to Maine for vacation recently we starting hearing a clanking noise from one of our tires. We stopped at Exeter Subaru on a Friday afternoon, and we cannot say enough about the professional, courteous and prompt service we received. They had us on our way within the hour. If we didn't live so far away we'd absolutely be buying our next car from Exeter Subaru. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the name of the Service Department gentleman that we worked with, but he did bring in the manager, Christine, who was also terrific.

They sold my elderly female neighbor a lemon. Took 3 months to fix. No loaners. Lots of run around and non returned phone calls. The car was brand new but because of issues with it, actually qualified in 2 different ways as a lemon under NH's lemon laws. Do NOT trust this dealership.

In Nov 23 I purchased a 2024 GV80 . The sales process and communication went very easy dealing with Joe but what follows is completely unacceptable ! Approximately one month after taking delivery of the car we found out the heated drivers seat was not working . We waited four weeks for an appointment and it needed a new part to get the heated/AC seat to work again . Things were good for less than a month , when the heated seat / seat belt was on together , my wife would drive the car and when it came to a stop at a red light the car would automatically be put in park and shut down or she was in the car wash with my 1 and 2 yr old grandkids ... the car shutdown and got stuck in there . As you can see this is a HUGE safety problem . I called and the car went back to service for approx 10-12 days . They put on a technician who was not qualified to look deep into the problem , so finally they assigned the car to a qualified tech who with Don decided it needed a new starter ..WHY WOULD IT NEED A NEW STARTER AND POSSIBLY A BATTERY ? After several tests and retests the car was released back to me and all the Safety problems were fixed . Well that was the farthest from the truth , not only was the car shutting down at red lights again , it now would not start for 5-10 tries . (it would tell me the car is running or when pressing down the brake pedal and would kick back at you and not start . So at this point the car is not safe to be driven and when i got stuck in RI and tried to call service at approx 510 on a friday ... I was told Don was gone for the weekend and nobody was there to help me until Monday . With 4 plus grandkids I needed to have a safe car (genesis supposed to be that car) to drive around . As of last week I have traded in the car for a safer model to which we took thousands of dollars in loss .
