This dealership is horrible!!! The finance manager, Matt Geiger made a deal with us and promised a call if things changed. Not only did he not call, he ran our credit with several different credit union without our permission! We had to call to find out what was going on. At that point he demanded we have an answer for him about our purchase by the end of the day! He should have called us 4 days before, but was just waiting for us to show up for our appointment to deliver the news that our payment and terms were completely different than what we agreed to. We canceled the sale and will never go back again!!!! Stay away!

We recently sold our RV to Camping World. Destin was easy to work with and true to his word. From our first phone call, he gave me a range for what they could pay based on our conversation. He made an appintment for the inspection and after the inspection, he offered us the highest price. It was an easy transaction and the check came in the mail, just as promised. Their service department was very helpful, especially Cody. I lost the key to the Blue Ox and Cody worked extra at the end of his shift to get it off the rig and even carried it to our car. When I offered him a gratuity for this extra work, he didn't want to take it, saying he was happy to help us. I even just checked the listing and our rig is listed for exactly what Destin said he would list it for. Overall, we had an excellent experience with these folks and we would not hesitate to do business with them again!!

From the time we walked in the door to the day we picked up our new travel trailer we were treated with professionalism. Our sales person, Anthony, treated us with respect and listened to our needs. The sales manager Ray and the business manager Norm were also very professional. There was an issue with the electric tongue jack the day we took delivery at Cold Springs and the jack was replaced with a new unit in 15 minutes. It could have been frustrating having a component on a new trailer fail but the way Cold Springs handled the situation was commendable. We're looking forward to our maiden voyage with our new Flagstaff trailer.
