This was my first experience with this dealership and my first Mercedes. I reached out to a few dealerships with my build and Roger was the first to respond, the most honest and the most receptive to my requests. He kept me informed along the way and always responded to my calls/messages. I was also given a fair price for my trade-in. During the purchase I had the opportunity to also meet with Guy who walked me through all the financing details without any pressure to purchasing anything extra, but I did decide to buy a 4 year maintenance plan for peace of mind. Although I was assigned Jordan, he was called away unexpectedly and Chris took over without skipping a beat. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through many features of the car. While there, I purchased a cargo tray for the vehicle and I was given a discount which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I was impressed and very satisfied with the sales experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in a Mercedes. If in the future I decide to purchase another Mercedes, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!
