I received excellent service from start to finish at BMW of Las Vegas. Salesperson Krystal and the rest of the team in finance, tech, etc. gave me all the time I needed. They made sure that all of my questions were answered and helped me purchase exactly the car I was looking for. The whole experience was professional, friendly and efficient. The facilities were clean, spacious and comfortable. These qualities cannot not be ignored as this has not always been the case in other dealerships I have visited. So yes, I was very pleased with my experience all around and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in the market for a BMW. Oh, and by the way, the car performs like a dream!
