Out of state sight unseen purchases are somewhat annoying when a dealer isn't up to date on how to do things. LUCKILY, I was connected with Jae Baik at Audi Henderson and he knew exactly how to make a deal happen. Jae was up front and worked with his team to get us the best deal for both sides. From negotiating everything for me, to having everything ready for me after a 4 hour drive from SoCal. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours which isn't too bad with most dealerships these days. Thanks Shelly as well in Finance for helping out and locking in a great deal/rate etc. Hats off to Audi Henderson for the great service.

I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
