Do not buy a car from anyone else other than Damien at Woodhouse. I have been in retail for 40 years. I have purchased many cars and luxury goods over those years and no one comes close to Damien as far as professionalism, and courteousness. I have had 2 Maseratis over the last 5 years and was looking for my next one. My last 2 were purchased at my local dealer on Long Island. Attempted to purchase my third one there. The dealer made the deal impossible to do for a number of reasons. I Googled the Maserati I was looking for and Woodhouse Maserati came up. On their site they had the exact model with the features that I was looking for. I called, got Damien and the rest is history. Within ~2 weeks I had the car delivered by David B, who was also professional and extremely punctual. They picked up the trade at the same time Also, a big thank you to Richard Fuertas in the finance department... well done as well. If my next car is one that Woodhouse is a dealer for, I will be a customer for life. If you are reading this...look no further and call Damien!

Joel was very nice, and referred me to Nolan when I told him I may be looking for a new car. I didn't even know Enterprise had dealerships. Nolan made decisive use of small talk to work out my vehicle preferences and found a few options. I left with an SUV that I think my family and I will enjoy for a long time. I did have some issues with financing. My bank offered me a better interest rate than what I was going to get applying through the dealership, but they didn't get back to me about approval until a few days later. Tyler (Michigan State Boss Man) negotiated with the bank for me and was able to get them to match the interest rate my bank was offering, so I was able to leave the dealership with the car that day. Overall, it was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle, and I will recommend Enterprise when I have friends looking for vehicles.

I've been searching online for several months for an EV truck. I saw a lot that seem to fit all of my needs and desires. Then I came across the ideal EV truck at Village Pointe Toyota. The truck had all the features I was looking for, the color I most desired and most importantly - at a price that was fair. After some negotiating, we struck up a deal. My salesman, Cesar Alcantara, was very helpful. He provided several custom videos to help me examine the truck up close and in detail (I was buying 100% online.) Ceasar even helped me to find a transporter for the truck from the dealership to my home in another state! Overall, my experience has been great, and I would recommend Village Pointe Toyota, along with Cesar Alcantara, my salesman to anyone wishing to buy a great used vehicle. 5 STARS to them!!

Matt was awesome. He was patient and let me look at more trucks than I probably should have. He took the time to educate me on what Chevy offers as a dealer and as a major vehicle producer. I would have bought something from him but I was to slow. That's business I guess. There was another dealer that I worked with too but I cant remember his name.
