I can't say enough about your Manager Ryan who went above and beyond to get what I thought was an issue with my dashboard information. answered and resolved quickly and efficiently. It turned out not to be a problem at all but only a "user error" and my lack of understanding how to maneuver/interpret the dashboard. He couldn't have been more responsive and kind in how he handled it all! This is the second car I have purchased from the Lexus dealership and my first new Lexus. I will always come back to this delaership !

Madison was a terrific sales person who helped us tremendously in making the right purchase. She was very professional and knowledgeable, plus just being especially nice. Our orientation with Stryker the tech guy was quite thorough and I left thinking that this high tech car was going to be a fun experience. She made sure to listen to what I had to say and made sure the correct tow company was used to get my car to the service department. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally. He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!... We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!
