I worked with Duane he was great to work with kept me in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle through out the process. It was nice to have a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I got it back nice and clean but I do need go back due to a part having to be ordered in and they also need to look at and adjust what was fixed due to it still leaking but I have complete faith it will be fixed

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
