First time I’ve had service since Woodhouse purchased this Infiniti dealership from Baxter. Overall, pleased with the service at this facility. Everyone is very responsive.

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
