First, I want to say I have owned my Lexus for 11 years and recently purchased a Mercedes for my son. I do not know anyone’s name at Lexus, but at Mercedes… Shane and Darin both helped me out so much that I will always go to them. They have made my experience fantastic and helped my son really enjoy his vehicle. The service dept, (Shane) and Darin (who helped with my Bluetooth connectivity issue) went above and beyond.
