My very pregnant daughter, two dogs, a truck full of baby shower gifts and myself had an issue with my truck and barley made it to Missoula after leaving Washington at 6am. They were able to fix our issue and get us back on the road with in a few hours. They were all so accommodating with our two dogs and very compassionate to our situation. It would have been a very spendy night if we had to stay over in Missoula. We can not thank them enough for their willingness to help. I'm not sure what we would have done if they didn't step up. THANK YOU!

I have now bought 6 vehicles from Gem City and their service and pricing is next to none, not only in the auto service and sales industry; but in terms of customer service in general. I am very particular about my purchases and they have never seemed inconvenienced. As a matter of fact, they have given me great advice that wasn’t in their best interest but in mine as they understand the seriousness of a purchase of a vehicle. They are truly in it for customer retention and it shows in their pricing, service department, and their business mode in general. I have referred many family members and friends that end up coming to the same positive conclusion. 5 Stars all the way!

no help whatsoever - not impressed

took my 2009 chevy suburban in for an explanation and possible fix for code U0078. they drove the vehicle and got it to throw a transmission code but could not find the problem. car would randomly cycle the door locks, the gauge cluster would go crazy, it would lose its speed, and the braking system would put you into the windshield if you touched the pedal. asked them what the problem could be and they had no clue. GM put a bulletin out for a problem like this, 08-07-30-021E. this bulletin sounds exactly like my problems but they are obviously not interested in trying to help fix the problem. they seem to be a lazy and stuck up company. offered to trade it off for something else and they offered 5000 for the vehicle. I am sick of these obviously crooked and mechanically unintelligent morons. I will fix it myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
