I’ve bought two cars from Hertz Car Sales over the past - brianfarrar2448

I’ve bought two cars from Hertz Car Sales over the past several years, spending around $35K total, and I used to trust this company. But after my most recent experience, I can’t recommend buying a car here. During my purchase, the salesperson told me the car had a specific feature that was important to me. After taking it home, I discovered the feature wasn’t actually included. Mistakes happen — but what matters is how a business handles them. When I brought this to Hertz’s attention, they admitted their sales staff isn’t properly trained on the cars they sell. Despite acknowledging this, the only resolution they offered me was a $100 “good faith” credit, which doesn’t come close to addressing the situation. A business that won’t take responsibility for its own errors isn’t one you should trust with a major purchase. I strongly recommend that potential buyers avoid this location and think twice about purchasing a car from any dealer unwilling to fix their own mistakes.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for - elizabeth.agp04

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle! Noah took good care of us, was not pushy at all, which was an issue I ran into with a lot of dealerships. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were so helpful through the whole process. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Car had a starter issue that had gone unnoticed. I signed the contract stating I bought it “as is” and they had no obligation to help us out at all, but they not only apologized profusely, they completely covered the mechanic cost to replace the starter and fuse, out of their own pocket- we didn’t have to pay a thing. They absolutely did not have to but we were so so appreciative. Jamie himself came out and talked to my grandma, offering to “make things right” and was so kind. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!

Quick, easy and no run around. - timmalloy99

The staff was friendly and hospitable as soon as we walked in. Biggest variety of clean vehicles around. Fred was awesome once again, second vehicle we purchased through him. I didn't get the run around with any of the numbers. The whole process was quick and easy. If your looking for smooth used car buying experience go to McCarthy Pre-Owned and ask for Fred.

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Silverado 1500LT from - daryljanet1012

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Silverado 1500LT from Napleton Off Lease Missouri in xx. Peters on 04/23/24. The vehicle was exactly as described on their website. It was immaculately detailed and presented to us for our inspection and test drive. Our Salesperson Max Samsonov was extremely attentive and accommodating as was Scott Harless our Closing Agent. I would highly recommend you consider this Dealership and call Max if you see a vehicle on their website that piques your interest. I am sure that they will make every attempt to add you to their list of satisfied Customers.

Fraud and horrible cars - Audi2010

I would like to say first off the guy I worked with was horrible (Jason). Secondly I asked about any known issues with the vehicle I was told no it has all the bells and whistles which was another lie. I test drove the car it was fine. Once I got approved and drove the car off for about 15 miles I started getting dashboard lights. Needed to have oil changed, Front left fog light out, service due, and low tire lights. So I called and text Jason and was told to bring the car back so I can get the oil change that should have been done before the car was sold. So I tried to turn up the radio and that didn’t work and could not use the navigation system at all because of the knob (pictures below) was broken. I thought to myself no wonder when I test drove the car the salesman talked the whole car ride so we didn’t have to listen to music. Text Jason about this issue was told I need to purchase some audio repair kit from amazon. I did that and guess what still didn’t work. I texted Jason about this not working I was told “sorry to hear that it was worth a try!” I asked was it anything they could do, he said YouTube it. Also I may add my check engine light has been on for months now because of ESP failure. So I haven’t had the car longer than a few days when all these problems happening. I’ve had the vehicle since November and has cost me nothing but money and issues. This car wasn’t reliable from day one and they knew that when they sold it to me!

Great place to waste your money and get sold a junk vehicle - DaleGribble

If you want to get screwed , this is certainly the place to go . After handing over 14,000$ for a truck , just 4 short months later it's in the shop needing the Entire top end of the engine rebuilt, and As to be expected , the dealer won't even answer the phone. I won't even go into all of the hidden rust that was cleverly concealed, or the leaky roof that has left my headliner stained that they had cleaned up quite nicely before purchase , as that is very minor and does not affect the fact that I cannot drive this truck now. I have a $14,000 paperweight I can't drive and the dealer gets to laugh all the way to the bank .

Don't Pass This Place Up! - ssharpe75

Just purchased a beautiful Cadillac ATS from Vantage. The car was super clean inside and out, the asking price was competitive, they took care of the paperwork quickly, and even filled the tank before sending us off. This isn't a huge lot, but the "less is more" philosophy is working for them - every car on the lot is worth looking at. Highly recommend!

Great selection of vehicles and they go above and beyond - Cargirl

Was extremely please with the service I received purchasing my new vehicle! The finance manager went over everything in detail and I left feeling extremely comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely be back and will send friends and family with no doubt they will have the same amazing experience as I did!

I was pretty nervous going into this because buying a car - andygonzalez232

I was pretty nervous going into this because buying a car usually feels stressful, especially with financing. Whipz completely changed that for me. They were very upfront about everything from the start — pricing, payments, warranty, all of it. No surprises and no pressure, which I really appreciated. If I had a question, they explained it in a way that actually made sense. The car itself was in great shape. Clean, well taken care of, and exactly what they said it was. I’ve had it for a bit now and it’s been running great. The whole process was way easier than I expected. The application was simple, communication was clear, and nothing felt dragged out or confusing. It felt organized, not chaotic like some dealerships I’ve dealt with before. Overall, it just felt honest. I didn’t leave feeling second-guessed or taken advantage of, which is rare with car buying. I’d definitely recommend Whipz to friends or family.

Crooks - Maroboy93

Kevin is a car salesman at Zarvos Motors, He is very friendly until he put you in a car to get you off the lot, then he turns into a whole different person, who does shady paperwork with the first financial federal credit union, don't ever buy a car from here, they sale cars that wont pass inspection, only safety but no emissions, they put slick 50 in a car they sold me that would not hold oil, it ran hot because it had no antifreeze they lied like they flushed that and didn't, and also was misfiring, with bad catalytic converters and 02 sensors, it barely made it back to the car lot and they told me I'm stuck with the car, never signed a title and I never gave him the down payment, don't go to Zarvos Motors or they affiliates, image auto sales, complete crooks, stay clear of these people.

My visit was great and the sales person was nice. - bayers

My visit was great and the sales person was nice. I went on my test-drive and liked the car. However, the car wasn’t a good fit. The sales office was clean and professional.

My wife’s alternator went out. - Sam H

My wife’s alternator went out. I took it to the shop because it was right next to my apartment. They called me on the phone after doing the 140 diagnostic to tell me it needed a new battery, alternator, and was “way overdue” for an oil change. It was just over 3000 miles since the last oil change, which was full synthetic. Toyota recommends 10000 mile intervals and most mechanics will recommend 6-8k with full synthetic. The brand new battery was completely shot, and it needed a new alternator. The quote was for 1500 dollars. I went to the shop to ask about it, they told me the battery was internally shorted. Autozone and my other mechanic both tested it and say it’s fine. They wanted to charge 400 dollars for a battery replacement which is absurd. For a remanufactured alternator, they were charging over 400 dollars, just for the part. At autozone you can’t find one for more than 230. This should’ve been a 500-700 job and they are charging double to triple that. They also lied to me about properly testing the battery and charging 100 for an oil change far more frequently than is necessary. Once they started the repair, I’m sure they would’ve found faulty pulleys and changed those out as well for a premium profit. * * In a response to the above Google review, they also lied about my complaint in order to personally discredit me.

Just purchased my Porsche Macan from Adrienne and it was so easy and pleasant and fast! I literally found the car, called, did my app, and drove to pick up my car! I was worried the process would drag out and take days and it did not. I would recommend them to everyone and I will buy all of my cars in the future from them, true story. Literally cannot express how much easier this was than I imagined. Great customer service!

Brandon Byrd was friendly, personable, and professional.... - csmansfield

Brandon Byrd was friendly, personable, and professional. He was also thoughtful throughout my experience. It was a very cold evening. He brought the car around to warm it up while we talked through the preliminaries. Even though I came pre-approved for a loan, Brandon was aware of a better interest rate and directed me there. During the test drive, he answered questions and offered explanations of features that were new to me. After the sale was final, he took the time to help set up the bluetooth option for my iphone. I highly recommend Brandon Byrd at Ricart Used Car Factory.
