We ordered a 2022 Ram 2500 in Nov 2021, Received it in - newham48

We ordered a 2022 Ram 2500 in Nov 2021, Received it in March 2022. Juanita Strupp was an excellent sales person. Our salesman that we originally bought the truck from was no longer with the dealership. We were sorry to hear that he was very young but also an excellent salesman. Very informative as is Juanita. I’m not sure if it was service department or dealer management. The truck had not been washed or wiped down. The blue coating was still on the tires and the little green stickers on the tires. Not sure what they were for. Dudley pulled off a piece of masking tape from the passenger front wheel well close to the bumper. It had some paint on it that matched the truck . We just figured it was left from when it was painted. Something we had never experienced before.

Needed a car in a hurry - Richard

We had dealt with Metro before and had excellent experience with them. They keep their word and do not push. Needed a car in a hurry because of job change. They helped find what we could afford and did not try to push us in to something else. Friendly fast service. All dealerships should be like this. If I am going to buy used I am going to Metro from now on.

More trouble than it's worth - Ron

Personally, I would save myself the trouble and go elsewhere. A lot of run around with these guys and they seem to be sly and deceiving. Took over a week to get my title and within that time the 'check engine light' came on. So they took the truck back to them to get the inspection. Then, I go to get the license and told me I didn't get emissions. I had thought they took care of the inspections. Then told me they didn't do emissions, but if I had brought it in within 10 of buying the truck they would have fixed the problem if It had failed... which it did. So they sold me a truck that had failed emissions. Most confusing interaction with a company I've experienced.

They were very friendly and helpful. - RobertS

They were very friendly and helpful. The best part is they were not pushy! They also do not charge a bunch of hidden fees. The sale price is the actual cost to the customer when they buy a car.

Poor customer care! - Myreview

Why would you sell a vehicle that you, the dealership, alter that will not pass a state inspection. Then when the customer confront you then you tell them to leave.

Very Satisfied Customer! - Very Satisfied Customer!

Bought a truck and had an amazing experience. Lee was the best salesman ever. He was honest and very informative. I would highly recommend buying from Motor World LLC.

I emailed the the dealership and never heard back from them. I’ve been looking for a used Panamera Turbo or Turbo E-Hybrid for 4 months, and dealerships wonder why they have such a poor reputation with the public.

Awesome & Enjoyable Car Buying Experience - Allison Bennett

If you are in the O'Fallon area I highly recommend going to Interstate Motors to make your next car purchase. This team was awesome and delightful to work with. They made everything very simple for my first car buying experience. I rated them 5/5 because we experienced no problems, the car salesman Dave was a joy to be around, and everything was completed in a timely manner.

Decide for yourself! Three quarters of a million dollars in fraud involving 30 families speaks for itself though. https://news.yahoo.com/owner-queen-city-motors-springfield-215545846.html

Excellent car buying experience! - Gregg H

Shopped online for a specific car (2011 Chevy HHR Panel) and found one at Randy Bland, about 270 miles from me. I called and talked to Trey. We used FaceTime on our phones to walk around and look at the car. He was kind enough to hold it while I made arrangements to either have it transported or go get it. I drove a rental car to Joplin, MO where Trey met me with the car (about a 70 mile trip for him.) It was everything he said it would be. We signed some paperwork, I turned in the rental, and here I am back in St Louis with my new (to me) car! He provided me with two keys and two remote lock fobs. One of them didn't work. When I contacted him, he offered to pay for me having it programmed. He also brought it to me full of gas and with a 30 day drivetrain warranty. Since I'm nearly 300 miles away, I may not have the need or opportunity to buy there again, but would certainly recommend buying a car from these guys.

They don't worry about if it takes money to fix a used car. If something is wrong with a car they get in they fix it and fix it right. So as a used car buyer I know that the car I am buying is going to be in good condition.

Warranty is a joke - Mike

Buying a 2011 Ford Expedition they don't cover anything under the warranty pretty well I am paying $15,000 + Finance I have had the truck six weeks been in the shop twice I have a check engine light on I have antifreeze leaks out of the transition hoses under the hood transmission sensor leaks the dealer will not fix it because it's not covered under warranty

Alex was a good guy to deal wish. - Dljackson3nz

Alex was a good guy to deal wish. I would deal with him again if ever I was going to purchase another vehicle.

Sara Gee - Ginger Creamer

I had contacted Sara a couple weeks ago and told her all my information and what I was looking for. Sara helped me find a good sound vehicle and took my trade in such as it was. Sara was very polite and attentive to me. She was polite and mannerly. She has a wonderful sense of humor which I appreciate when doing business.Sara made my experience easy and swiftly. I was in and out quickly as I had driven up from Arkansas. I thank you so very much Sara and company and I will recommend you to all my friends.

Buyer Beware - Mark

We purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter and when we showed up to test drive the car it was already running and Shane (owner) explained that it was running because he was trying to use the heater to dry the seats after trying to scrub some stains, after purchasing we woke up the next day and vehicle wouldn't start. Found out it was because the battery was toast and needed to be replaced (cost of $120), now I know why the battery charger was out when I arrived and car was running. Before giving car to my daughter I had it checked out by a mechanic who told me the wheel bearings were bad, and both front/back brakes were worn out and needed replaced. The mechanic stated the bearings were so worn that it made the vehicle dangerous to drive. I should have known that when Shane (owner) stated that the vehicle wasn't serviced because it was "overlooked" (he had it on the lot for 6 months) that it was a lie because he was more concerned about making big margins (money) than his customer's safety as I drove that vehicle from Missouri to Ks with bad brakes & wheel bearings. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this shady operation!

Made right! - Duane

We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did. After leaving the dealership, we couldn't tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it. We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we'd call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent. This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.

Sparks Motors was the real deal for me! - E-Lady

I was nervous about getting the best deal on a used car. I went to almost all the local dealers and then I finally tried Sparks. They really do "blow you away" with a good deal, No hassles. Real honest owner there. I was treated with respect and got the car loan with a great rate that I needed. Fast and easy experience!!

St. Peter's Auto Group O'fallon Mo - ScubaSteve123

Overall good experience. I Had a few issues on a trade-in but the general manager Matt was really helpful and correcting issues. Matt cut a check for $2109 for a clerical error and another $500 for half my original. Down payment and another $25 for DMV late fees. Matt kept his work and went out of his way to make the situation right. They corrected and helped with everything said they were going to. Matt had one of the team bring me my title so I could get the vehicle registered and all is good!

Our sales rep was Cheryl, she was the best sales person I have ever encountered. I had never been taken care of as much as she did for us. The dealership was great, and the car section was good and had one of the most wonderful experience. Thank you!!!
