The programing was not was not working with my truck as it should, the mechanics went above and beyond to solve the issue working with GM to remedy the problem. My wife and I had broken down not to far from the Elmer Hare Ford, we were on our way back home to Texas, and needed to get back asap! We got our truck towed to Elmer, and they were very fast in helping us! After finding the problem within 10 minutes, and discovering it would be two days until they could the part in. The Parts and Service Dept. went out of there way to help us and had us back on the road a hour later! We were VERY pleased with this place! Being from Texas we will probably never be here again, but we for sure recommend these guys!
