I went down to Missouri to visit family. On Saturday my Terrain started acting up and the check engine light came on. First thing Monday morning, three days before Thanksgiving, I took my car in. They were inundated with out-of-town hunters and their normal flow of customers, so Monday wasn’t looking good. I told Kenzie I had to get back home to my kids and work ASAP. Monday evening, Kenzie called with a diagnosis, $1400 intercooler, and sadly my warranty wasn’t going to cover it. The part was ordered and should arrive Tuesday morning. Tuesday comes, but the part does not. Kenzie arranged a courtesy driver to go over an hour away to pick one up. At 3pm I was dropped off at KMC, by 4:45 my car was back on the road. When I went to pay, Kenzie informed me that she made some calls and the part WAS covered. My bill went down to less than $300 for a hose. To say I was overjoyed is an understatement. Kenzie, and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to get me back home, then checked to make sure I made it there first thing in the morning! Service like this is no longer seen, these guys and girls are the gold standard!
