Professional, welcoming, polite, informative, helpful, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the staff at St. Charles Nissan and even more so with Ron Martin! He made my car buying experience absolutely perfect!! I have always hated going to dealerships because of the high pressure and pushy salesmen. It always made me uncomfortable and anxious to the point I dreaded having to look for a vehicle..so my car buying experiences were always unpleasant and left me feeling complete aggravation but that was not the case this time!! Thank you Ron for changing my negative experiences into a positive one. I will be a returning customer.

my son in law put a couple of bad reviews in here and I would like to disagree with EVERTHING he has said....the service center is behind bc of covit19 but this dealership brought in someone on a Saturday and paid them over time to try and get our expedition fixed and back to us asap...in this day and age I find this kind of service very professional and courteous and thank them very much for there service.

I have 2021 nissan altima i give my car for service ( oil change and tire rotation) every time they did mistake they don’t have proper wheel balancing machine and they do scrathes and broke my alloywheel for me this is the third time happen and they are argue with coustmers afterthat they are changing the pictures and lying and they are trying to blame on us .i strongly recommended dont give your cars for service in frank fletcher nissan ( joplin) and especially service advisor ( steve wright) he is a very very rude with all customers and below and i shares with proofs also so please dont give your cars in frank fletcher nissan
