Professional sales staff Sales and financials personnel did not try to pressure me above my financial ability. I was wanting to purchase a vehicle, that ended up being out of my financial ability. They were able to find a vehicle that I liked and within my budget. Sales Rep (H. Watson) very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. Financial personnel made the paperwork very easy. I have 2021 nissan altima i give my car for service ( oil change and tire rotation) every time they did mistake they don’t have proper wheel balancing machine and they do scrathes and broke my alloywheel for me this is the third time happen and they are argue with coustmers afterthat they are changing the pictures and lying and they are trying to blame on us .i strongly recommended dont give your cars for service in frank fletcher nissan ( joplin) and especially service advisor ( steve wright) he is a very very rude with all customers and below and i shares with proofs also so please dont give your cars in frank fletcher nissan
