I really appreciated Robert’s approach; he was respectful, helpful, and most importantly to me, he was no-pressure. I’m 67 and I’ve been through the buying a new car “dance” many, many times. This was my best new car buying experience, by far, thanks to Robert (and actually everyone else I met at Northtowne). I highly recommend Robert as a Salesman and Northtowne as a dealership for anyone wanting a no-hassle car shopping experience!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Luther Mazda while purchasing my new car. Mia, the salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the selection process without any pressure. Zach, the finance guy, made the financing process smooth and straightforward. He clearly explained all my options and helped me find a plan that worked for my budget. Overall, the staff at Luther Mazda created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a car!

If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star we would! Car dealerships are incredibly stressful for me, and I have been dreading looking for a new car. We were greeted by our salesman John, who offered to show us any car we wanted. John was not pushy with trying to sell us a car and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us find what we were looking for. He was very kind and knew we really wanted a Mazda and worked alongside the sales manager, Shaun, to make it possible. John took the time showing us every feature of the car, walked us through downloading the Mazda app onto our phones, and just made the experience really great. The sales manager Shaun, also knew we really loved the car, and worked with us on a final price which we are thankful for, because we LOVE our new car! Mark, the sales consultant was also very helpful/thorough, providing us all our options for warranties and finally closing out the deal. All 3 of them, made the process easy, the customer service was amazing, and we left satisfied with our purchase. I am incredibly glad we made our first stop at this dealership before going anywhere else. Thank you!

Service did a very nice job repairing our 2019 Mazda 6. Was informed we still had warranty on the powertrain. Kevin was great. Kept us informed, and had the repairs done in a timely fashion. Gave us a rental vehicle for no cost. Great overall experience.

Worst dealer I have purchased a vehicle from in over 20 years. They have no communication and never return phone calls. They could care less about their clients once they make the sale. It goes from the bottom to the top. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in a car dealership and can only let people know by writing this review to stay as far away from as possible.
