Great experience. Very helpful, clear, informative and concise experience. Met all our requests with a smile and willingness to help us find our car. Kevin was the best salesman we have worked with over the past five cars we have bought. He helped us find the car that best fit our needs. He patiently demonstrated the many features on the car until we felt comfortable. We always felt like he was telling us the truth; would do what was necessary to help us get the best vehicle for us; and really cared about our satisfaction not only with the car but our experience. I appreciate his communication with us after our first visit. Always respectful of our time yet we knew he would do what was needed to help us. We would definitely look for him to help us with our next vehicle. Thank you!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Luther Mazda while purchasing my new car. Mia, the salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the selection process without any pressure. Zach, the finance guy, made the financing process smooth and straightforward. He clearly explained all my options and helped me find a plan that worked for my budget. Overall, the staff at Luther Mazda created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a car!

Fraud! They lied about the car having a lien never got the title and couldnt provide a copy of the bill of sale or any paperwork I signed. Then they claimed there was no penalty for paying the loan off early, well here i am getting penalized $1000 for trying to pay it all off. The communication was horrible. I also don’t know if they passed inspections and safety under the table because when i purchased the car it had a crack on the windshield they didn’t want to fix stating “it passed the inspection” wrong! I took it to anither place where they didnt even want to charge me to inspect the obvious safety issue with the crack going across the drivers side windshield! They also added a random warranty i had no idea about. According to them it was some kind of set interest with the bank but the lender denied that statement, then when i saw the breakdown of the charges the $2000 fee was for some kind of warranty in which the finance manager stated cane with the purchase of the car.

My recent experience with Northtowne Mazda was amazing. I was very fortunate to have Jason Chandler as my salesperson and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that I got the perfect vehicle to meet my every need. He could answer every question I had and was never pushy or high pressure. I will definitley recommend Jason and Northtowne Mazda to my friends and family. Was a great experience and I will go back to purchase my next vehicle.

Worst dealer I have purchased a vehicle from in over 20 years. They have no communication and never return phone calls. They could care less about their clients once they make the sale. It goes from the bottom to the top. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in a car dealership and can only let people know by writing this review to stay as far away from as possible.
