By Far The Worst Buying Experience I've Ever Had. Very Shady Business. Don't Inspect Vehicles. Office And Service Departments Are So Unorganized. No Communication Skills What So Ever.

It's been nearly 5 years since I've financed a car and I was dreading it based on previous experiences. In the past it's been an all day process, I had to talk to multiple people to get a final price, trade-in value and financing options and there was always miles of paperwork to sign. Not so this time. I spent about 30 minutes after work talking with Doug Wade, taking a test drive and giving him general financial information for loan approval. He called first thing the next morning to let me know what an awesome rate Raeann was able to get me, so I went up on my lunch hour and was able to sign all paperwork during that time and walk out the door with the keys to my new car. I will definitely do business with them again.
