I was visiting my mother in Biloxi when my car began to give me trouble w rpms, I was able to call and easily talk to the dealership about my concerns - whether I should tow the car in. I was warned about 9 cars ahead, but agreed to let me bring the car in - and even got me a lunch appointment for diagnosis. I was thrilled!! Within the hour, had diagnosis - my extended warranty and my car fax maintenance all in their computer. Was told it would take one day for parts and likely be ready the day after. Well don't you know, Kerry calls me the following early afternoon - my car was all ready, washed and waiting. I was amazed. Great staff - don't think I would have gotten this kind of service in my hometown. I will definitely return to MS as my preferred dealer. ??
