We have a 2015 Audi Q7 that has been serviced throughout - Field Maiden

We have a 2015 Audi Q7 that has been serviced throughout the time we have owned it at Audi Richfield. Recently, we've had a gear-shift malfunction code appear. The first diagnostic recommended a new battery. We replaced the battery. 200 miles later, the same malfunction code occurred. On return, after waiting 2 hours, they asked me to pay another $250 for another diagnostic (now $500 total). Since the first diagnostic did not appear to fix the problem, I requested a credit for the first $250 paid. In my conversation with the service team Asst. Service Mgr Jake Bies was rude and condescending in his discussion with me. At one point, as I used an example of diagnosing a problem, he said "I would not use that example!"? Okay, I thought I was the customer. His poor communication and lack of customer service, together with his hubris, have made me reconsider replacing this car with another Audi from the Richfield dealership.

I’ve been a customer of House Chevrolet for a long time, - Tim K

I’ve been a customer of House Chevrolet for a long time, and this last visit really showed why I keep coming back. I bought a used 2018 Silverado AS-IS NO WARRANTY, so when a check-engine light came on about four weeks later and started flashing, I figured I was in trouble. I had no appointment, but I pulled up to the service door and they let me right in and took over. Honestly, I thought I was on my own. They didn’t owe me a thing. But that’s not how they operate. Their service department got the truck in quick, found the issue, fixed it, and covered the cost. No hassle, no excuses, no pointing at paperwork. As a tool maker/machinist by trade, I work with precision and straight answers every day, and I know real integrity when I see it. These folks have it. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly stands behind what they sell. House Chevrolet did, and they earned even more respect from me because of it. Honestly, other GM dealers and especially some of the Ford and Dodge stores out there could take a real lesson from the way this team treats people. I’m sticking with them, and I highly recommend their sales & service department.

I can’t say enough about this dealer. - remick.steve

I can’t say enough about this dealer. They practically sold me a new car. They replaced everything on it. Tires, brakes, battery , floor mats, wipers, the service manager sent me a PDF of stuff that was performed Thanks to Amy that made this all happen! Keep up the good work!! Vehicle was not home delivered Steve Remick

I had a bad experience at a different dealership that I - Laura

I had a bad experience at a different dealership that I had dealt with for about 4 days. I texted Jon asking if they had any Camaros in stock, they did not but he went above and beyond to help me find one. Less than 24 hours of dealing with Jon I had more communication and information than I did all together from the other dealership. He found me my new car, worked with me every step of the way, and went above and beyond for me! 10/10 recommend Jon for any of your car needs!!

I have been Going to Jay Malone Motors for 16 years! - Sugarbush217

I have been Going to Jay Malone Motors for 16 years! Whether it's for maintenance, or buying a car, they will always be my first choice. They are family oriented and incredibly knowledgeable and reliable. I could not recommended Jay Malone Motors enough!!!

I'm with everybody else if I could give them less than - Naomi

I'm with everybody else if I could give them less than one star. I would complete unprofessional, customer service. I reminded of this every time I drive my car. I went there specifically out of town to get a car that was on their lot. And traded in my car with a few issues, very minor but was honest with them, they sold me the car I wanted, and the tires had been cupping. There were some shock issues, or are some shock issues. And they just sent me down the road, very unprofessional. They leave their decision up to a very unhappy service manager that couldn't get along with another service manager within the shop. The whole thing is just a very immature run business. They're all grandfathered in, and it is very, very sad. They're riding on the coattails of their family

I went into Wolf Motors very stressed because I had just - Tracy Cederstrom

I went into Wolf Motors very stressed because I had just totaled my car in an accident and had been down on my luck and anticipated difficulty getting a new one in a timely manner, and didn't know how I was going to get around in the meantime, but Melissa was extremely helpful and made my whole experience so positive, quick and easy from start to finish. I really appreciate her helping me overcome a tough situation.

Mike was a real pleasure to work with, they are one of - p4ckerslloyd

Mike was a real pleasure to work with, they are one of the only dealers we found that has used sedans which are not easily found anywhere. My wife wanted a bigger style car and found the one she wanted. We also purchased the five year extended power train warranty offered due to the mileage on the vehicle for peace of mind. Serious buyers that would want an used vehicle , I would recommend working with Mike.

Joe in Eden Prairie was hands down one of the best - Jenniferbruneau05

Joe in Eden Prairie was hands down one of the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with. He was attentive, communicative and incredibly knowledgeable. The trade in and purchase process was not only fair but, seamless. I ran into a dashboard light a few days after purchase and reached out to Joe who tackled it without batting an eye. Got my car back and it came back on. I called Joe again and he was not only sympathetic but, was already steps ahead of me to get it taken care of. It took a little longer than I would have liked however, Joe was giving me updates daily. I’ve since gotten my car back and have had zero issues. If you’re looking for a down to earth, personable and downright amazing salesman give Joe a call in Eden Prairie he’ll take care of you.

Bought a 2015 nissan sentra and im on my 3rd transmission... - zacharygraves21

Bought a 2015 nissan sentra and im on my 3rd transmission already and they will not work with you because they already did everything they should by giving you a warranty not even as long as the loan and say you are lucky you even have a warranty that you have to pay 200 for something to get fixed when the transmission went out after 1k miles and still had to pay for it which is xxxx wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone unless they have a brand new car for sale I sold them a truck from 2002 with 260 k miles with no problems ever but I get a 2015 and already need a transmission again.

Sales is nice poeple but high floe Ed for low ball product - Walleye55

Bought a truck from Sean. After about 3 months, the touch up paint and chips wore off and the trucks paint is now chip away by the day. I took it in and 3 times for a diferential sensor and each place said " they touched this paint just up just to look good". The paint is now bubbling and peal and rust behind. Supposedly the brakes we're new but now after 4,000 miles they need replacing as now pieced over 8,000 high then any cities dealership. I would recommend price and service check at your own mechanic before buying.

Just purchased a vehicle after my car was totaled. - Jeff C

Just purchased a vehicle after my car was totaled. My salesperson, Kong, was great. These guys listen to you and find the vehicle you're looking for. A bonus is if you’re renting a car from Enterprise, you leave the rental as you drive away your new vehicle!

I rushed into the service department as it opened early - LaColis Reed

I rushed into the service department as it opened early one morning. My new 2024 Escalade had exceeded the mandatory 5000 service miles. I could not get this service done prior to leaving Peoria, IL for Minnesota for the July 4th holiday. I explained the need to get the service visit done to Service Advisor Karen Kukla. Ms. Kukla agreed to get the work done without an appointment to allow my return trip. I left the vehicle at 7:15AM and received a call before noon that the work was done. I appreciate the service of this employee. The response was "I'll do whatever I can to assist". This positive response was greatly appreciated and the quality of the service exceeded expectations.

It didn't end up being the right timing for me to buy a - Sander99

It didn't end up being the right timing for me to buy a car, but Tony Boehmer was good to work with and would have given me a great deal on the vehicle I test drove. I never would have heard of them if my coworker hadn't recommended them, but I'd be willing to go back next time I'm in the market!

Wood City Motors had my Ford 2019 F-350 for more than 3 - pagher53

Wood City Motors had my Ford 2019 F-350 for more than 3 months trying to figure out why it wouldn’t regen. Originally the turbo went out while I was near Cloquet on 35w south. Because I live in Elk River, the manager, Andrew, told me to rent a car at Enterprise, keep my receipts, and they would reimburse me when my repairs were finished. The time dragged on. Wood City finally figured out what the problem was and I got my truck back after significant expense. Just one problem. I submitted my rental receipts in the neighborhood of $4,000 and they are refusing to pay. The manager gave me his word and has gone back on it trying to kick me back to Ford customer service. This dealership cannot be trusted. I would not recommend doing business with them. I am prepared to take legal action as necessary. Greg Pagh

5 stars earned, Excellent customer service - Chad Cholmondeley

I'm very happy with my 2012 Kia Serento Ex. Joe from Metro Motors was welcoming and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Joe went above and beyond to please me, there was no pushy sales tactics dealing with Joe. I gave Metro Motors 5 Stars because Joe earned every Star! I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a quality used vehicle to go see Joe at Metro Motors first.

It's a great place to go if you want to have a - Adrian T

It's a great place to go if you want to have a dealership get one over on you. Buying a used vehicle (even as little as 1-year-old) is highly unadvised. Unless you have the time and energy to go over every square inch of it with a fine-tooth comb you're going to pay too much and as you notice things later on you are going to be angry. Also you better ask in advance if they have both keys or you're going to end up paying a hefty price for a new key nowadays. Absolutely scammy. Don't fall for them trying to sell you every extended warranty that there is in the market either. And you're going to get that, and you're going to get that in a high pressure situation. No obviously doesn't mean no unless you say it 50 times. I bought from them and it will be a single mistake. If you're buying a new vehicle, then why not just go to the cities where you'll get a better price. And yes that's absolutely true 100

I enjoyed experiencing the transparency and integrity - Timothy Cameron

I enjoyed experiencing the transparency and integrity that the 411 Carline owners exhibited when I bought my vehicle. The price of the vehicle was fair market value. I have zero regrets about buying from this business.
