I would not recommend Drive Appeal based on my experience with Troy Volk. Troy arranged financing for my vehicle and sold me a $4,200 service contract. The engine failed only 21 days after purchase, and the claim was denied after an inspector determined the failure involved a preexisting condition. I was later informed the service contract was ineligible under the circumstances. Since then, I have also had to replace the fuel pump, and the transmission has failed. Despite repeated attempts to contact Troy regarding these issues, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. I continue making payments while dealing with thousands of dollars in losses. I strongly recommend independently verifying both the vehicle and service-contract eligibility before purchasing. More
