Just wanted to leave a bit of a more personal review I recently bought a truck From Tom and Mike at the shakopee drive appeal location I don't have the best credit and was pretty stressed out with the whole car shopping experience and at that point honestly pretty doubtful I was going to be approved for anything decent, let alone a newer lower mileage truck. I felt at ease with Tom right away no pressure he let me go through all the trucks pointing out pros and cons of each I could tell right away he was a straight shooter. They stayed late to get the best deal from the lenders it was seriously like it was meant to be. Mike and Tom beat down the lender's on the phone securing me a payment less than I thought at an interest rate less than I could have ever hoped for. Then at the last minute I was a little short getting insurance and again like a miracle Tom and Mike worked it out. I feel truly blessed to have met Tom that day. I really appreciate the diligence and effort put forth on my behalf and I absolutley love my new truck!!Thank you So much!!! I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Tom Shawn W.

I keep on posting my review in different places because I want everyone to know how great they are! I was completely satisfied with my service. I have a 2003 VW Passat wagon and I thought we had a blown head gasket - my car had billowing white smoke after I warmed up my car while idling. Anyways I live near Wayzata, about an hour and twenty minutes away, and I called about 15 or so local mechanics and the prices I was getting was astronomical. Even small town mechanics were going to charge me a fortune. My dad lives in St. Cloud and after he called a few shops he decided to call Eich. We didn't think we'd get a much better price because it was a deal but boy we're we wrong. Their estimate was between $500 to $1000 less than the 20 shops we called. The day I brought my car in they gave me awesome customer service. We called Monday morning, got my car in Monday evening. They had a loaner car for me that day. They let me keep the loaner until the weekend when it would be easier for me to return the car due to the long distance I drove to get there. They ending up finding out it wasn't a head gasket but I was leaking radiator fluid and had a few other issues. They called me multiple times a day with updates. When I went to pickup my car it was washed, fluids were topped off. I had friendly service. I couldn't ask for more from a dealership. I will continue to make the hour and twenty drive to St. Cloud to receive the amazing customer service I did here. My VW appreciates all the hard work provided by this company. THANK YOU!!!
