Under Construction !! Despite the ongoing Construction and obtaining the car we purchased just one day prior, Chris Anderson ( who followed up on my communication weeks before and answered all my inquiries) went out of his way to make it all work out well . My wife and I were in at 10am and out by 2pm . The car ( 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid) was not totally clean but Mr. Anderson assured us a reembersal for detailing . Now it's awesome . He even threw in free weather tech Nautilus floor mats due to the inconvenience . So far , we are quite satisfied.

Inn late winter, I purchased a Ford C-Max Energi from Inver Grove Heights (excellent experience) and brought the car in in June for an inspection prior to taking a long trip. The car had a warranty. They found a problem and fixed it using the warranty plus a service charge. But it was super helpful that the dealer insurance covered a rental car and that Inver Grove Ford picked up and dropped of my car for servicing, and even drove me to the rental car place to return it. This was not so easy to arrange, but Dylan Ronayne took the time to make sure it was all coordinated so my experience was superior. Thank you. This was a dream after the nightmare experience I had purchasing an unsafe car with Milaca Motors in January.

Called AVL and spoke to Aliesha Breidel on a 2019 Navigator. As a Ford tech with another dealer, I knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for before ever stepping foot in the dealer along with what additional products I was looking for. Aliesha never pressured us into purchasing anything beyond what we asked for and was super easy to work with. She even called us prior to arriving to let us know of a small cosmetic flaw with the vehicle so we didn’t waste a couple hours of driving. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Highly recommend Aliesha !

We are in vacation, and when I explained the need to the service department folks through their online chat feature, I got a speedy reply with an appointment for early afternoon. Both men in the service department were pleasant and helpful. Our wait time was minimal, and the peace of mind I have knowing the work is done and done well is tremendous. The service area was clean and open. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable too. If I lived nearby, today’s interaction with the service department and the service work as well would bring me back to Krazen Auto here in Duluth, and I would recommend it to others as well.

We took our car to get detailed inside and outside and they did fantastic ! They even took out our weather tech mats and cleaned them. The car smelled just like new when I got in it and so clean! Took to someone else before and I will never go back there. Only this dealership now and they were very reasonable!
