I would like to thank Dan Sommerfeld and crew for the service they performed on my 2023 QX80 January 6th and 13th. I enjoyed working with Dan he is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I came in for 30,000 mile service and they found the climate control fan needed to be replaced and the drivers seat frame needed to be replaced (it would not stay in selected position since the car was new). The service took two appointments, so I thank them for their patience and quality work.

Getting my service done through Michael Le has been exceptional. He took my phone call about a problem I was having with my QX60 and thought it could be a certain problem. When I brought it in the next day he was correct. The service did my oil change and check up. They always do a good job and work in a good time. Michael has been dealing with my car since I got it new in 2017. He always has a smile on his face and has a caring personality.
