Exemplary integrity. Justin, Jesse and Cornerstone in general were great. We had our 2018 F150 in for some warranty and recall work. One of the repairs had an error that caused an issue a couple weeks later. Cornerstone Ford got it diagnosed and taken care of. We were very happy with Justin and Jesse’s communication. Overall, their honesty and integrity has Cornerstone Ford as tops for us.

The sales team is extremely pushy. We felt almost trapped in the building because they didn't want us to leave and shop other dealerships. I have a step brother that works at another dealership, so no matter how hard they pushed, we were walking out the door anyway. I felt that was the only reason why they let us leave. We liked the vehicle they had, but didn't like the hard sell they were pushing on us.

They got me in right away and Josh and Rein and snazzy shoes (sorry I dont remember his name) were very accommodating and explained what it would cost and repaired it in 3 hours. Although this dealership did whatever they could to help, the entire process of picking up, purchasing, or leasing, an automobile can and should be streamlined industry wide.It should not take four hours. My siblings and I have been dealing with this dealership since Last September (2023) regarding my dad‘s 2021 F150 pick up. It was a simple recall that with the truck was taken up there for. In order to get an appointment, at least 6 to 8 phone calls were placed and no return calls made. When we finally did reach them, they told us all the parts were there, and they could take care of the issue as we live four hours away that day. We live 4 hours away and when we arrived, they indicated that the work would be done in about a half a day. Upon returning 4 hours later the truck was still not completed and eventually took the truck back home as they could not figure out how to fix the recall. After several more phone calls and no response from anyone at the dealership, we finally were able to get the truck back in in November. Again, they were unable to perform the recall getting all sorts of excuses. We were then told they would order what was needed, and would have them in a couple of weeks. This brought us into mid December at which point we got the story of holidays and shipping issues and that the parts would not be in until after the first of the year. They did do some smaller recalls while they did have the vehicle in November when they came to us to get the vehicle as we were no longer willing to drive four hours round-trip And then have nothing done. Through the winter we continue to try to contact them to know avail and we’re finally able to reach them in mid March and schedule an appointment for April 15. When we arrive that day we were informed that we were not on the schedule. This has been a complete and total fiasco. I would never purchase anything from this dealership.
