Personal service is top tier. I brought my Jeep grand Cherokee in for a system maintenance check when I was having electrical issues. I had never been to Ryan before. I was very well taken care of by Heather when I arrived. She put my vehicle on the computer to diagnose the issue. Her top priority was my safety. The vehicle was not safe to drive and they set me up with a loaner vehicle on the spot. Wonderful communication through the repair process and updates on Progress. They have far exceeded expectations!

I had a service appointment at Austin Ford Chrysler dealership yesterday to have my 2023 Ford Expedition looked at, because a service required light kept showing up. Turned out that some critters had chewed through some wires under my vehicle. They originally thought it might not be fixed till possibly the next day. So they’re administrative assistant, Angie Wagaman, took it upon herself to call Steve Moline from the sales department, who was actually the one who sold me my vehicle, to see if they had a loaner vehicle I could use. Within a matter of a few minutes, I was given a vehicle to drive home. Then, just a couple hours later, I received a call saying my vehicle was fixed & ready to go. Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying out our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid lease as seemless as possible. He was our salesman when we first leased our Van. This time around Zack made sure we were connected to the right people to get our vehicle financed, even though we are in a active Bankruptcy. Which led us to talking with Michael Nordick the Finance Director, and Ryan Wichman the Finance Manager. Both of them were able to answer all of our questions about financing our loan. We also want to add installing a trailer hitch onto our loan. For that we talked to Kyle Johnson the Accessories sales manager, he was able to answer all the question about how the tow package would work. All in all we have had nothing but top notch care from all the employees, at CDJR! We definitely would recommend, going to CDJR to all our friends and family!
