10/10 would shop here again! - Melissa Marshall

10/10 would shop here again! We found our dream car online and George made the entire process of buying it and trading in our old car so easy and seamless. I am so over the moon with our new car! Thank you for everything you did to make this dream car a reality for our family.

Found the car I wanted on car guru. They still had it... - Tom Y

Found the car I wanted on car guru. They still had it in stock & took another 650 off of an already great deal! I also ended up financing with them, they found me a bit cheaper rate than online.

Legal con artists. - Hannalynn2015

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape and from the get it had the check engine light on. The guy who dropped it off tried to play like it must have kicked on during it's trailer ride to my house, and that the check engine light wasn't on when it was at their dealership. It had burn holes everywhere and terrible tires. They wouldn't fix the check engine light because they said, "if their mechanics fixed it it would void my 60,000 mile warranty with Ford." Which was 100% false. I asked Ford myself and it was an excuse to not fix the car they just dropped off to me. After a year of nothing but problems with these people I voluntarily surrendered the vehicle back to them and they are still trying to charge me $11,000 for a car I no longer have. Don't recommend, unless you want unnecessary stress and a bunch of b.s. excuses from grown men.

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right - jack38m

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman - edwardwithers035

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business

There is a Lemon Law for used vehicles in Michigan I - Courtcase101

There is a Lemon Law for used vehicles in Michigan I found it taking this scamer to court and there are restrictions on how long a dealership has to fix a used car another lie told

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. - hertrichj

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. We literally sent in the build we wanted and waited 5 months for it to be delivered. When we picked it up, it didn't have the rear entertainment screens we had ordered. The salesman tried to say he thought we didn't order it then seemed to realize he messed up and told us we could get factory GM screens installed and he would order them for us. We had the option to reject the car at this point but he admitted (in writing) we could get GM factory screens so we agreed to have them ordered and he said it would be a few months. After a few months, he didn't respond to any emails we sent. Turns out, Team One told us they can't install the screens after they build the car. So the salesman LIED to us in order to get us to keep an $80K vehicle. The GM told us that there wasn't much he could do because we "owned the car for 8 months at that point". We kept the car because their salesman lied to us. We will never buy another car from Team One and will tell everyone we know not to. Such a terrible experience when we paid $80K cash for a car we specifically ordered and the management didn't care one bit.

Helped me out even though i didnt purchase a vehicle - Big B

A few years ago, i was in Gaylord and my xxx truck broke down again on the road in front of their lot. They knew I couldn't afford another vehicle yet and the Gentlemen still helped me get my truck off the road and then drove me to my job interview while still treating me with respect. Because of this I am going to buy my vehicle from them soon. Thanx for being Good people.

The dealership did repairs on my truck I still had under - bobcatlancer

The dealership did repairs on my truck I still had under lease, balljoints, idler arm, pitman arm, new tires and rims. They didn't tighten down the driverside CV axle nut and the wheel bearing exploded while going down the road, the idler and pitman arms were never replaced even though I was charged labor and parts for it. The tires were not new, there is a plug in one when I got ot and it's now a slow leak. Don't buy from them or let them do work on your vehicle.

The dealer did not keep their promise and it cost me... - ecronin

The dealer did not keep their promise and it cost me $384. I was promised a spare key when I purchased my vehicle. The first salesperson was fired before I could complete my transaction. I was then referred to the Used Car Sales Manager Brian Speck who has been very nice through phone and email conversations but has repeatedly misled me and failed to resolve my issue. I ended up buying a spare key under the promise that the dealer would reimburse me. It has been 4 months now and no resolution.

From the time I was greeted coming in the doors, til the keys was put in my hand I am totally satisfied. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was kind and courteous to my needs and put extra effort into making sure I got the finance that I need to get my 2019 Nissan Kick Sv2. They may do this everyday but it meant a lot for me on this day. Nothing but smiles, hugs, and kisses for this staff. I am so GRATEFUL 🥰. I'm looking forward to enjoying my crossover SUV. Thank you.

Jim Wernig Chevrolet and their exceptional team truly set... - Katie Ferrigan

Jim Wernig Chevrolet and their exceptional team truly set the bar for a perfect customer experience! I was referred to Andy Krajniak and immediately understood why the second I met him. Andy was fun, welcoming, low pressure and very informative. Andy walked me through the entire process, took time to get me set up with the MyChevrolet app, and truly made buying my Tahoe a pleasant and seamless experience!! I also left my vehicle with JW’s Service Center to have a few accessories added and those guys were awesome!! From entertaining me while I waited to making sure I had a loaner vehicle that suited my needs while I waited for mine – they made sure I was taken care of and I sincerely left feeling like a valued customer. My experience couldn’t have been better and I will for sure be back for any buying or service needs!

Overall I had a good experience. - Tinabean

Overall I had a good experience. They are very upfront and honest, and they tell you from the beginning that the cars have salvaged titles and are sold as is. I brought my car in August, and it had a problem on the test drive with the air conditioning. They fixed it as promised after I brought the car. They offered me a loaner while I waited. The manager is a little spicy for my taste, but she means well and is very efficient. I had a great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

Arraigned for a test drive (1-20-22) on a Acura MDX that the dealership advertised for sale on December 3rd. So Jeffery Automotive had possession of the vehicle for 6 weeks. Drove over 1 hour to get to dealer. Car was still on sale line near roadway. Clearly been sitting for awhile. Salesman drove the vehicle up. I then want around vehicle opening up the doors. Front passenger side on sun visor (fingerprint) and head liner (smear) was blood. Center consul was sticky from front to rear seat. The interior was a bio hazard with blood and grim. Passed on even sitting in that mess. I told sales person I could not believe they would have a vehicle on the line clearly with blood His response was I’m sorry. I saw that when I was pulling it up. No idea why it was not cleaned. This by far was the worst showing by a dealership I have ever encountered. 2 hour drive for a huge disappointment

Do not buy a car from New Way. - javida76.jh

Do not buy a car from New Way. They are a rip off the car stop running after months they will not assist you. They are robbers without a gun if anyone has purchased a vehicle from them and your car stopped working after months go on Facebook and put them on blast so they can stop taking advantage of people
