I hate writing this (it's not my style), but I feel I have to. Today I was in the service department for the second time and was very it was frustrating. Last week I brought my 2019 Honda CRV in for tire rotation, oil change and the recall for the fuel pump on 9/5/24. The person who scheduled the appointment never told me I had to leave the car, it was not until I got there that I found out to my dismay. I was not happy, but a made appointment for the following week 9/11/24 to have the recall taken care of. Unfortunately, again I was not told the car had to have 1/4 tank of gas now I'm furious!! This means I have to bring the car back again, which I won't, I'll go to another dealership. I went back to the gentle man who had taken care me the first time and ask "Why didn't you tell me the car need 1/4 tank of gas?" His response was "oh yes we can't work on with a full tank of gas" My response was "why did you tell me that last week" He came back with "don't raise your voice at me." I was angry after two trips from the east side and the issue still not resolved. I did raise my voice but I was not screaming, it was a frustrated voice which was clearly evident and appropiate. I have had good service in the past, but now I'm going somewhere else. This was too much!!! The gentleman should have known my frustration and should have understood my situation. This was the gentleman who always wears the white cap backwards. In the past he has been very accommodating and pleasant, I don't know what happened, but he should have understood and accepted my frustration, Two strikes and you'er out.... I'll find another dealership for fix the recall I'm done with Ferndale Honda!
