Waiting area was clean and quiet. Pleasant spot to get some work done. Service Advisor Shakira was wonderful. Gave thoughtful suggestions but didn’t try to oversell. Friendly, outgoing, helpful — I observed her interactions with several other customers, some more difficult than others, and she was consistently impressive. She’s what every service department is missing!

Horrible customer service, horrible people!! Don’t go here if you value your $$ time and respect. They said they fixed things but come to find out they didn’t. Car rims were damaged in their possession and they blamed it on the customer.

Jerrod Herogg "Sales Manager" is very low keyed which is a huge plus, super friendly put together a deal for the salesman that I couldn't pass up, Smiley in service is absolutely wonderful, I was a day late in the service promotion but he got it applied and provided a rental plus he got a lot of things done under warranty which was a huge plus of course, this is an A1 dealership!!!!!
