I brought a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander from this place in - jusmith08

I brought a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander from this place in August 2023. Not even 2 hours after I drove off the lot, my abs sensor light & 4x4 light on my dash came on. They knew about this issue. Instead of just coming out, being upfront, & telling me about this issue, they reset the errors by R & R the battery cables to reset all errors that jus strangely came back on less than 2 hours after I drove off the lot. This happened on a Friday. I called Ian, my sales guy, On Sat. He was great. Nothing against him. He told management about my issue then they called me back Monday. I told management how these warning lights came on not even 2 hours after I drove off the lot. Even though I did buy the car as is, no warranty, they said they would check it out, but since I didn't finance with them, they couldn't do nothing for me. Cost me $4000 to repair all the issues this dealership intentionally hid from me. It's obvious these sales manager don't care about repeat business, or @ least trying to look out for there customers. I'm done with this place. That's the 1st & last time they will ever intentionally screw me over again. The sales manager @ this spot, I think his name was Jared, yea, dude is suspect. Don't let him fool ya. He will rig, reset, & hide all errors on the used cars he sells just to move em off the lot. Dude is running a shady used car sales dealership. Don't trust him! The salespeople are cool, like I said Ian's great guy, great salesman. But the way the sales manager intentionally screwed me over just to sell a car off his lot doesn't sit well with me. If you buy a used car from this place, make sure you get an independent mechanic to check it out 1st so you won't get screwed over by sales manager Jared like I did. If Ian is your sales person, you're in great hands. He's gonna look out for ya. If Sales manager Jared comes over & tries to tell you how he wants to help you out & take care of you, tell him to kick rocks & ask for a different manager.

Kevin at Showcase was amazing!. He went above and beyond in helping me. He was very patient with me even as I made many calls and texts to him with my questions and concerns while I debated buying a new car,, ( my first new one ever).There was no pressure tactics used, no gimmics, no hassle. Kevin had done all the leg work with my bank and insurance company concerning emails and proper paperwork. Just a few forms to sign on site. He was very informative on showing me all the features of the vehicle. Very impressed with him and with my new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. By far it exceeds anything out there from other manufacturers. Plus confidence with having a 10yr/100,000 mile powertrain warranty. No one else cones close to that. I would 100% recommend them.

First off I want to say that if you are going to be shopping at a place that says they will finance everyone, expect to get xxxxed. At the time about a year ago, I bought a car from them due to the fact that my credit wasnt the best and I needed better transportation. No complaints on the car and service there at the time. They did however tell me to lie (if asked) by the financing agency, that my car was an automatic, not a manual, so that I could get approved. (Supposebly you cant get manuals financed used like that). I'm sure the credit companies would love to know there doing things of that nature. That should have been the first clue that things wernt right. I wasn't planning on keeping the car for but a year, and then trade it in on a better one. So here I am a year later, trying to trade it in...and now the want to make it worth nothing to what I have left to pay off on it. Giving me rediculous figures on what a new payment would cost. Depreciating the value on my car to the extream, when they even have the same car on the lot for far more than what I have left to pay mine off. I even went and got a person to co-sign as they requested to help make a figure that they projected, and then they jumped the figure up $250 more than what they said in the first place. I will say that the salesmen that I delt with were nice guys. They will deffinetly cater to you. But when it comes to the finacing department and their head hancho that makes the final says, they will screw you hard. I mean seriously...how do you go from a figure of $300-320 to a figure of $550.. Oh and be warry of all those "discounts" that they try and say their getting for you to help with the pricing. Cause there not, their just seeing how hard they can put it to you. (Don't think this as anything bad towards mitsubishi cars, just towards this dealer).
