Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending. In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

Find a dealer that doesn't tack on Additional Dealer Markups. One thing that I will say - at least they are honest about it. That is better than you will see for other dealerships. In a period of record profits per vehicle, don't fall for the excuses for ADMs and unnecessary overpriced dealer add-ons. This downturn won't last forever and the dealers with integrity will rise to the top. Shopping for a 2022 Bronco Sport and ended up purchasing at a non-local dealer. $3000 ADM for a mass-produced, readily available vehicle blows my mind. Just bought a new 2022 Lincoln Aviator Black Label - one that I could have ordered from here as well. I, again, was forced to go to a non-local dealer to get my deal. No ADMs, no MF (money factor) mark ups, no games.

Alice was quick to reach out to me and set me up with Randy who was going to help me with my purchase. They both were so awesome and Randy especially knew his stuff and went out of his way to get the information that I needed. Unlike some other dealers who "guessed" at an answer (and were wrong), Randy had no problem making sure he gave me correct info. Unfortunately, although I was ready to purchase a Ford Explorer at this dealership, we decided we needed a larger vehicle to tow. I felt horrible leaving Randy hanging on the day that I was going to come in because he truly was so wonderful to work with. I hope whoever reads this has a chance to work with him in the near future. You'll be in good hands.
