Set up a service appointment over a week ago for 10;30am. - Rcsjr

Set up a service appointment over a week ago for 10;30am. Arrived and had to wait 10min to check in. Asked to check dashboard “Check Trailer Brake” warning message as well as intermittent power outage on rear wiper (GMC Yukon). Was told they would bet back to me next week as today was Friday. Informed them the “experience” of setting an appointment over a week prior and then being told it would take leaving vehicle over the weekend” is totally unacceptable and destroying customer loyalty.

This dealership, from top to bottom is all about service and creating new relationships! We will always remain a Golling family member and appreciate how well they love their work place!! Thanks for making our experience so easy and PS ~ “I really loved your cozy attire”!! The Finance person will defiantly get that joke 😜 with gratitude ~ Ted & Renee

My son been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check - jf2448

My son been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check engine light. Every time I go’s in they can’t actually find what’s going on with it. Even though the code reads emissions code. They think they fix it and then it comes back on , they say it must be this problem and then fix it for this amount , then again the check engine light comes on after they say they fixed it. After they fixed it recently again I drove it another 45 miles and now the check engine light it’s back on. I drive a lot of miles for work so it go’s out of Warranty quick but been dealing with this since I bought the truck! I’m over it with them. This is ridiculous that they can’t find and fix a problem or admit this truck has a problem. It’s been in at least 3 times since November plus multiple times before that and costing me thousands of dollars and time and they still can’t fix it. They just keep throwing parts at it and not working. Baker is the worst dealership in Michigan or the USA to deal with and I’m not the only one that thinks this. I will be blowing this up on social media with my friends and family help. If Baker GMC doesn’t take care of this next step will be that I will call my Lawyer and GM.

Heather in the service department is wonderful to work - Figb7238

Heather in the service department is wonderful to work with. She keeps me informed with the current conditions with my vehicles and lets me know of my options when needed. Brent in sales has been very helpful in helping me to make decisions on vehicle purchases. Both are great to work with, no pressure in making decisions, just a feeling of confidence in what they tell you! This is my go to dealership!

Mike uses deceptive tactics when selling an extended - Lmironiuk

Mike uses deceptive tactics when selling an extended warranty. Indicated “with this warranty should anything happen to you the loan is paid off”. Later I discovered I had purchased life insurance coverage. Shame on me for not reading the small font on the I pad the contract is on. Thanks for Bing correcting it the next day.

Please do not attempt to go to this dealership these people are crooks and no sympathy for hardworking citizens. If a problem arise it's not pretty they treat their customers like crap.

Friendly, efficient service. - Nancysmith946

Friendly, efficient service. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. My waiting time in the lounge was brief as the service was done in a very timely manner…the good news was I used my GM REWARDS POINTS and didn’t have any out of pocket costs for the service! 🤗

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. - hertrichj

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. We literally sent in the build we wanted and waited 5 months for it to be delivered. When we picked it up, it didn't have the rear entertainment screens we had ordered. The salesman tried to say he thought we didn't order it then seemed to realize he messed up and told us we could get factory GM screens installed and he would order them for us. We had the option to reject the car at this point but he admitted (in writing) we could get GM factory screens so we agreed to have them ordered and he said it would be a few months. After a few months, he didn't respond to any emails we sent. Turns out, Team One told us they can't install the screens after they build the car. So the salesman LIED to us in order to get us to keep an $80K vehicle. The GM told us that there wasn't much he could do because we "owned the car for 8 months at that point". We kept the car because their salesman lied to us. We will never buy another car from Team One and will tell everyone we know not to. Such a terrible experience when we paid $80K cash for a car we specifically ordered and the management didn't care one bit.

The service department is awful. - lanavanhoe417

The service department is awful. We bought two different plans, one for the car and 1 for the truck. First, you make an appointment and still have to wait depending on how many drive in oil changes there are. We’ve had 2 problems that we “know” of. The program was for oil, tire rotation and 27 point inspection. That is a laugh. One time they said they wouldn’t/didn’t rotate tires because we needed at least 2 new tires. First, they should come find you, ask if you still wanted them rotated. They have no idea what our thoughts are on that. Next..on the truck they checked every box on their inspection form. Not even a week later, husband was checking out something in the area of the filter and surprised there was a squirrel nest, complete with nuts etc. Had to have been for quite some time. Took pictures and actually took it in and service MANAGER says he’s sorry.Has a lot of new guys and they must have missed it. That is our problem? We paid good money for the plan expecting good and COMPLETE service. Brought the car in for service. We were having a problem with it making a squealing noise and a clunking noisewhen turning l. Asked them to check it out. Pick it up, said all was good, again inspection report had all things checked. Take it home, next day squealing/clunking noise still there. You tube university here we come! First thing to check, steering fluid. Well guess what, barely a drop in there - 2 days after service was done. Then you start wondering what else did they miss. Get the opinion email to fill out saying they hoped we could give them all 5’s. In both these instances we could not. Reached out by e-mail, NO RESPONSE. Actually got a second one, replied again by email- no response. In March I sent another e-mail. Response THANK YOU!!! (not sure for what)) Will NEVER take our vehicles to this dealership. (GRAND HAVEN)

After leasing a Buick, I never received any GM Rewards. - Mugrump

After leasing a Buick, I never received any GM Rewards. Called and texted several people at the dealership over a period of a few days about this issue. I never received a response until Shayla Kwekel called me. Her job is just to deliver cars to customers. But she took it upon herself to contact GM and get my rewards. She is the best. Thanks Shayla. We had a great experience. - Corey Zee

We had a great experience. This dealer went above a beyond! Thank you again for everything they did for me and my wife!

Stay Away - they advertise GM employee prices in a bait - n3yah

Stay Away - they advertise GM employee prices in a bait and switch scheme to get traffic. If they're willing to mistreat you before you are a customer by advertising false prices that they have no intention of honoring unless you work for GM, it would be logical that they will mistreat customers throughout the rest of the deal. I choose to do business with people who are more straighforward.

Took my 22 Yukon in for a recall. - Twrguy

Took my 22 Yukon in for a recall. No service lights were on when I took it to Winters GMC. They did the L87 recall checks and somehow the knock sensor wires came out of the housing. Now I owe them $350 to fix my vehicle. I’m sure the wires were damaged by the mechanic. Don’t worry I pay for your mistake. Thanks Jim Winters!

Full of lies. - Mike

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over, not a word. They won't see me again.

My current review on their google pg Do not get - Roberta KolarGreen

My current review on their google pg Do not get service done there. We had our truck towed there over 2 weeks ago due to possible transmission problem, hasn't even been looked at and wasnt given a loaner while they take their sweet time so we are struggling with only 1 vehicle while they xx. Dont waste your time....and we bought it there....you would think the service would be better Update : It has now been 6 weeks and no the team never reached out, we have to call them. Our truck was supposed to be ready for pick up yesterday, now they say possibly tomorrow...still no loner vehicle while they want almost $10,000 to fix it.

Do NOT buy anything from Baker Lowell Buick gmc. - Mikegalan7

Do NOT buy anything from Baker Lowell Buick gmc. They are flat out liars and scammers. They sold me a “new” truck which they crashed and fixed in their body shop and did not report to car fax. When I got home plastics were hanging off wheele well due to improper repairs made by them! Which they did not disclose to me! Never told me it was in an accident. When I asked about it they said they don’t have to disclose repairs under 10% of msrp. When I told them I don’t want the truck anymore and I’m bringing it back they said I can’t do that because I already signed the paper work. Only when I mentioned I’m calling my lawyer the next day they decide they want to take there shotty repaired truck back. What a rip off don’t trust these guys. The manger didn't even have the decency to come out of his office to say anything when I asked for him multiple times. These people should not be in buisness. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They replaced the whole bedside of my “brand new” truck did a sloppy job repainting it everything under the truck was Covored in white paint. Tail light did not sit in place properly and bare metal was left exposed on the truck to rust away! These people showed no remorse & should be ashamed of themselves. I feel bad for whoever is buying the truck I returned.
