I had an amazing experience with this dealership from start to finish. Evan was my salesman, and I would recommend him to anyone. He was transparent, patient, knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured. Evan, the sales manager and the finance manager were all incredibly kind. This was my 9th vehicle purchase, and it was my best experience by far. Highly recommend!

Neal was super helpful in arranging my repair request. He cautioned me that the repair might take longer than I anticipated, or it could be as simple as a system reset. (The system reset solved one issue, and identifying a blown fuse solved the other.). He also noticed I was within the window for a scheduled oil change, and rather than yielding to my procrastination tendencies, we did it. Neal is very proactive, customer oriented and a keeper. I also appreciated the technician’s video explaining the repairs.

Huge shout out to Connor and everyone at BMW Rochester Hills. It was a very good buying experience overall. Connor is very low pressure and a pleasure to work with. I'd also like to add that everyone in the building is very friendly and easy to talk to. People go above and beyond to get you what you need. Leaps and bounds better then other dealerships I've worked with in the past.

I purchased my 2013 X3 from Okemos dealer and the whole experience went very well. I met with my sales person Ed over the course of 4 months as I was taking my time on this decision. When we finially moved to pricing terms, they beat Edmunds and Kelly Blue book listed fair price by $1240. I did a Performance Center Delivery in South Carolina and it was a fantastic time. Everyone was very professional, coordinated, and very friendly at the Delivery Center. I have had my X3 serviced several times for the routine maintenance and Paula always had another vehicle for me to drive while the service was being peformed. I'm over 60 in age and have bought many new and used vehicles. This was by far the best experience.
