I’m new to Mercedes after 25+ years driving Audis. This was my first experience with MB service. Stephen was attentive, helpful and solved a short term issue while waiting for a part to come in. I am very happy with how he handled things and look forward to working with him on future service at MB.

This is our 3rd Smart, 2nd electric. It is the perfect town car for Boston. It fits me, my 2 dogs and the groceries. What more could you need. It handles like a charm and I NEVER sweat a parking spot.
