STAY AWAY from the service dept. My check engine soon light came on. We first took it to allied auto and they came up with a code in 2 minutes and told me what the part would cost. All that service was FREE. We took it to the dealership hoping to get more details on a code. The only thing they came up with was the same code as allied did for 175.00. if we wanted to know more it will cost about 5,000 more. This is just to find out what’s wrong!!! The deal ship said they needed the car longer as they have to take off the oil pan that would be 8 hours and then look at the timing chain and that would be 22 more hours all at 175.00/hour. Save your money and get it checked for free somewhere else. This place will take your money with a smile and you will come out no further ahead,but certainly broker than when you went in!

I drive past several other Ford dealers just to come to Ipswich Ford. The staff here is the absolute best Ford has to offer. I was actually all set to get rid of my Ford until I decided to try Ipswich just to see if they're better than the others. They are! Go here!

Brought my F-Pace in to have the check-engine light looked at. Drew and Jonathan in service were fantastic to work with. Both were friendly, kept me informed, and did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary work. Highly recommend working with these gentlemen and this dealership.

POOR BUSINESS - Unhappy

Purchased car in Oct 2015. Nothing but problems. They have had it over 12 days and that was for 2 visits. and ALL the problems still not fixed. Won't make a trade for my car that they are selling as PRISTINE CONDITION and 3 years older. Pretty poor!! They said they put too much into their lemon to do that! They fixed an axel a bent wheel, keep balancing it and I still get vertigo from the shake. They said I hit a pot hole !! They were decent and accommodating until they got tired of me and their repairs. Now they are very rude to me. Ya its my fault I bought a lemon. They gave me a clean fax too. Thats what really stinks. The car definitely has issues that were never disclosed. !!!!! Don't go there!!

I purchased a truck from this dealership. The truck was not services (as stated it would be) before I received it. It was due for an oil change, had no washer fluid, barely enough gas etc.... The service manager was rude and nobody even tried to solve my problems. Very dissatisfied!
